This is a lovely hotel, very new and modern in a fabulous location. Parking is easy with good EV charging. The reception was very efficient and friendly. Lovely room with nice size fridge and microwave, huge bed and very good bathroom. The bar and barman were excellent lovely setting with a nice size sport TV but not over loud. We stayed at Citadines Eurometropole for two nights to visit the Strasbourg Christmas markets. As expected, all hotels increase their prices during this period, making this a more expensive stay than it would usually be.
I booked this hotel because it is clean, modern and has a private parking below the building.

We stayed in this aparthotel for 2 nights, we left this morning.
We don't understand all these positive reviews that are made of this hotel or, probably, we were treated like second-class customers having a dog with us.
Point 1) 25 euros per night as a tax to pay for our dog is a real ROBBERY!!! We have traveled a lot with our dog and never has a hotel asked us for such a sum!!!! Furthermore, they did not provide any...

The hotel is very modern, appliances are functional, clean, modern and spacious rooms. There wasn't a single thing we disliked, including the very fair prices. We will certainly return if we should come back to Strasbourg. For a family, the kitchenette and large rooms (even for the smaller category) were very appealing.

Pleasant stay, good do with more hoovering

Liked that there were 2 sinks and a large fridge.
Disliked: Floors had crumbs on them. Carpet in hallway was dirty.
Our kids complained that the sofa bed was very hard.
It was a good, lower budget starting point to explore Strasbourg on our way to Italy....
