However after spending the evening walking around the streets of the Christmas Market, we returned to the hotel with the crazy expectation of being warm inside our room. This is a lovely hotel, very new and modern in a fabulous location. Parking is easy with good EV charging. The reception was very efficient and friendly. Lovely room with nice size fridge and microwave, huge bed and very good bathroom. The bar and barman were excellent lovely setting with a nice size sport TV but not over loud. We stayed at Citadines Eurometropole for two nights to visit the Strasbourg Christmas markets. As expected, all hotels increase their prices during this period, making this a more expensive stay than it would usually be.
I booked this hotel because it is clean, modern and has a private parking below the building.

We stayed in this aparthotel for 2 nights, we left this morning.
We don't understand all these positive reviews that are made of this hotel or, probably, we were treated like second-class customers having a dog with us.
Point 1) 25 euros per night as a tax to pay for our dog is a real ROBBERY!!! We have traveled a lot with our dog and never has a hotel asked us for such a sum!!!! Furthermore, they did not provide any...
