Leonor The Place to Live delivers on its promise! It IS the place to live! We felt welcome and engaged all times of day from the generous breakfast rooms to the delicious aperitivo drinks and snacks in the evening. Best Reservation desk ever

We booked two rooms for the Christmas Markets last February via Citi Card Travel. The rooms were prepaid at that time. Upon check in, we found that our reservations had been cancelled. How could that be? We had gotten no notice from Citi Travel.

Everything about this hotel is exceptional from the warm welcome at Reception when we arrived we knew we were going to enjoy our three night stay. This lovely hotel is a 15 minute walk away from the Strasbourg station. We took the TGV directly from CDG airport in only 2 hours. So the location is very accessible to international travellers. A beautiful hotel with a well decorated reception area. Our room is very comfortable - heating is at a good temperature (not too hot or cold), a luxurious bed with great bathroom amenities. A perfectly wonderful hotel. We were in Strasbourg for the Christmas markets. The Leonor is in the perfect spot to visit all of the markets and tour the city. A easy 20 minute walk from the central train station. From check in to check out, the staff were welcoming and cheerful. Everyone had a smile and a greeting.
