Our stay at Okko Hotel Strasbourg was fantastic. The staff were excellentfriendly and professional. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was very modern. The breakfast was very good, providing a great start to our days. (We had breakfast as part of the deal.)

Heating system out of order and hotel management not customer oriented

The heating system was out of order in the room number 422. Therefore it was terribly cold whole night long. We complained about that next morning. They confirmed that the heating system was broken and they changed our room. We applied for a refund of the first terribly cold night and the hotel management didn't even want to hear about that. Location is fine. Room is tiny. Bathroom no privacy. If you are comfortable doing your thing in your bathroom with your partner next to you with glass walls and a snuggy room than this room is for you. Service was okay.
