    Very hard to review as we went on the first day of the re opening of the hotel so things were very different. Lovely hotel, staff very helpful even tho they spoke very little English. Meals were not the best, alot of it was Luke warm and not alot for vegetarians and asking staff if there was meat in was hard as they didn't understand. Pool area was lovely, kept lovely and clean along with our room that was kept clean everyday. Not alot of entertainment due to Corona virus so alot had been cancelled but what there was, was very good. The evening with fire entertainment was excellent and I really enjoyed the spanish singer. Close to the beach and all the shops all the shore, open late so was lovely to walk along with great atmosphere. Overall good week, only let down was the food.

    My family and I had a lovely all inclusive week at Hotel Palia Las Palomas. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and genuinely happy that you were there. Although we went during COVID we still had a great time. The food was tasty with the option to try different cuisine on theme nights. The beach is a small walk away with a beautiful marina at the end of the long promenade. The evening entertainment was enjoyable especially the fire show as everybody watched in amazement. The fire show is performed by the kindest staff member Douzie, he is a credit to the hotel as he would go above and beyond what was expected. A few other staff members (Mario and Javier) were also lovely in the restaurant and the bar as they would wave and acknowledged my 1 year old son who in the end started saying hola to them while waving. It was a shame we went during COVID as although we had a fantastic time, the hotel does offer more that we were unable to do such as a games room and soft play area. Lovely pool, clean rooms, friendly staff beautiful location and great food - what more do you want.

    I would love to give 5 stars to this hotel for the lengths they’ve gone to, to ensure staff and people staying are safe with COVID-19 measures. The staff are very kind with a smile on their faces, they are very helpful too. They have a large pool, which is very family friendly with a slope going into the pool. Easy to social distance in as well. The evening music and events are very good too! My favourite entertainment evening has to be the fire show by Douzizie - it was amazing to watch him perform his fire tricks and was very popular with the people staying at the hotel.

    Me and my family arrived at las Palomas quite late so the next day we went around to have a look at the hotel and what it has to offer and we got met by a incredibly nice guy called douzie he made us feel welcome . Even with the covid-19 measures it still was amazing hotel and the evening entertainment was good especially the fire show that went on it was insane The pool was nice and it was always warm which is nice and the beach was only a 5 minute walk In conclusion this was a great holiday

    We booked this all inclusive hotel through Tui and was appalled at this holiday. We were very displeased with the holiday in general. We asked for a sea front hotel in Torremolinos, with a SHORT walk to Benalmadena and what we got was 3 blocks back from the sea front and a 50 min walk to Benalmadena! This hotel boasts Solarium with a swimming pool... once we found it ourselves, the swimming pool was derelict and screened off! The hotel was far from all inclusive, the all inclusive drinks often ran out during the week and they didn’t make the effort to replace them and once they were gone we were charged for drinks!!! In the restaurant there was hardly any catering for the British, there was a small fried breakfast area with not much choice and for lunch there were no cooked meats of any sort. The WiFi had to be paid for as well which I find unusual! The last weekend of holiday was invaded by Spanish families and the hotel was full, if we hadn’t of gone in for dinner early no food or drinks would have been left! The hotel was also closing on Sunday 13th October? On collection we couldn’t find our coach and non of the hotel staff helped us, we had to find it ourselves one street away and we weren’t counted on and we were almost sure that a couple were left in reception. We will not be using Tui again and people should be aware when booking in the future!!
