    We were travelling to Montego Bay for the first time, and for the first time with two kids - 3yo and 3mo. I ordered in advance Diamond Club Presidential King Suite. I wanted to make sure that we have two separate rooms, and kids sleep quietly. It worked. Advantages of Diamond Club for us: we were not required to make reservation at any ala cart restaurant (by the exception of Asian), we had much better beach, and we were allowed to have breakfast at Italian restaurant with wonderful view to the beach. I liked it. Since we are not drinkers - no advantage in alcohol. I enjoyed lazy river at Blue Waters (we had access to it, as both hotels share the territory). Overall, experience was great. Beach and water were very quite for small kids, and our daughter was not afraid to swim in the ocean. We definitely will return there again.

    The staff here is amazing, get to know your bartenders! Below the main lobby in the Martini bar, Sean and Ricardo are fantastic! They make fantastic drinks, great service, can handle a huge crowd no problem mon! Sean makes the best mojitos and ask Ricardo for the "sweet to the belly". Over at the swim up bar, find my man Desean. Fantastic bartender, amazing service, this guy will completely take care of you, whatever you need, private tours to the city, he goes above and beyond! I can't say enough about the entertainment team either. They always have fun things going on, teaching dances on the beach, volleyball, human ring toss, just participate and you will have a fantastic time. The Fit Team was fantastic also, with Kevin and Jeffrey doing water arobics every day was a great start to the day. If you want to have fun, come to this resort. Food was good, service was good, but the staff is what sets this place apart from everywhere else. So much fun, an absolute blast!

    Took 3 hours to be checked in, other guest whom arrived after us got their rooms prior to us very un fair. Once ariving to our room toilet wouldnt flush, I was in the shower with soapy hair and body and only water that would come out was boiling hot I had to wash off with bottled water. One week prior to our stay we called to try and arrange airport transportation staff told us over the phone that they did not provide any assistance with that. Once we arrived at the airport we got charged $80 to be taken to the resort on a taxi mind you only company at the airport. Once we arrived to reaort we learned that they indeed do arrange airport transportation. Very poor communication and terrible knowdlege of their own services.

    We stayed at your resort for 6 days and I must say that we had a wonderful time. Joyce Fanty was our waitress on the beach! She had a very pleasant personality and a beautiful smile. She ensured that we were taken care of as we sat on the beach for hours at a time. Ms. Fanty should be commended for her efforts and We will absolutely request her assistance during our next visit. Thank you, Joyce for your hospitality and for your kindness.

    Just arrived back from a week holiday for my birthday and have to say that I was really impressed the restaurants, entertainment and the service from most of the staff. I have to make a point of saying that the fitness team were absolutely amazing and made the holiday for us Jeffery Kevin and Johanna were all amazing and really friendly and really considerate of who is in the classes giving options for all fitness levels making it really enjoyable to really try to get everyone involved. The food on offer was excellent and as my wife is vegetarian they ask upon arrival to any restaurant if we had any dietary requirements and They suggested options for her or gave her alternative Options where there wasn’t anything suitable on the menu. The only negative is the rooms, we had to change rooms after the first night due to a issue with the air con and we did have to request a couple things that should be done as standard but overall a really good hotel for the facilities but rooms are in need of a update.
