The hotel is basic with basic amenities one may need but important is the location and the access to the highway and the city. Also the staffs are very nice and professional. It is also equipped with air-conditions. Parking costs 5 euro per night. There is a large supermarket just beside the hotel. Breakfast is simple but is fine. The bathroom needs to be really renovated as it has leakage and has rusty metals too. ...

Terrible Service at Front Desk and Room Staff Avoid This Hotel

My stay at B&B Hotel Torino Orbassano was extremely disappointing. The front desk staff were unprofessional and unhelpful from the moment I arrived. Instead of welcoming guests, they acted annoyed whenever I asked a simple question, and it felt like they couldnt care less about providing good service.

The staff was super efficient and friendly and helped us with a good restaurant. The room and bathroom are very clean and the bed linen was crisp and clean. Good and safe parking. Very good breakfast. We will recomend this hotel and use it again....

very friendly staff at the reception, Hotel is not placed in very centre of the city, transportation is needed. However, accommodation price is very affordable. Pretty clean, rooms are big enough. Recommendation if you are not looking for accommodation in very centre. ...

Get what you pay for, a good average hotel

The bed was so comfy. The staff were lovely. Sure it's a budget hotel, no tea and coffee in the room but it did the trick. It's out of town with plenty of accessible metro / bus options. You wouldn't want to walk it. The hotel is quite warm in winter and you can open the window but it's loud as right on the main road, though it's loud with it closed.
