If there’s one place in Ibiza you have to see, it’s Ibiza Town’s old quarter, which is known as Eivissa. This town within a town has been given World Heritage Site status, so it’s been preserved like a snapshot in time. Think pin-thin cobbled lanes, balconies smothered in blooms, and chunky 16th-century walls. And for two evenings each October, the town is lit up by Ibiza Light Festival. The monuments, streets, buildings and squares around the marina stand out like a bright star against the inky night sky.
