8) I'm getting an error message when I'm entering my booking details to complete an online form, why is this?
Double check that you're entering the right details, including the surname of the lead passenger - AKA the top dog - on the booking.
You won't be able to submit an online form if you booked any of the below:
- A Crystal Ski holiday
- A cruise holiday other than Marella Cruises or TUI River Cruises
- A holiday with another travel agent or website but were flying on a TUI flight
- An excursion-only booking with TUI
If you booked a TUI holiday, you'll need to fill out the Online form over on the TUI website
