Our crew will be able to lend a hand if you need help reaching the onboard toilets. They can also help you reach your hand baggage, or open any containers for medication or food. Just bear in mind they can't administer medication or help with eating. Also, every TUI aircraft has a wheelchair if you need it.
For details on what you need to be able to do for yourself when travelling alone with TUI, please see our answer to 'I am travelling alone, do I need personal assistance?' for more information.
