On the church side of things, you’ve got the atmospheric, Byzantine-style St Paul’s Pillar, and the tiny hilltop chapel of St George. The services include all the aspects you’d expect at home, like hymn singing and romantic readings. Or you could choose a civil ceremony for your Cyprus wedding, which can take place in stone-built town halls or colourful hotel gardens overlooking the Mediterranean.
There are also a couple of venues converted from traditional Cypriot houses, too – just the ticket if you’re after a really authentic feel. Whether you choose the east or west side of the island for your Cyprus wedding, post-wedding activities are made for two – secluded strolls in the Troodos Mountains, side-by-side sunbathing on the sands, and sharing plates of meze at candlelit tavernas.
Nail down your nuptials with us now, for a date in May 2019 or later, and you’ll get a wedding outfit travel box on us. The box makes carrying your wedding outfit on the plane a doddle, so you don’t need to fret over putting it in the hold.
