Sightseeing around these parts is as diverse as it is interesting. Sticking to the mainland, a scenic 45-minute drive down the coast will take you the Roman ruins of Nicopolis. And beyond the shores, the Ionian Islands are your oyster, with natural beauties like Corfu and Paxos just across the water – you can reach them in two hours by ferry.
