Hit up the beach on a holiday to Psarras – there’s little else to distract here except a handful of cosy Greek tavernas.
Easy does it in Psarras
Holidays are all about that go-slow way of life in Psarras. This petite village, on the south-east coast of Corfu, does vacays the minimalist way – it’s got a shingle beach that’s perfect for fly-and-flop, and a scattering of Greek tavernas on the seafront. Otherwise, things are uber-lowkey.
The bright lights of Kavos
Psarras’ postcode puts you a 30-minute drive from neon-lit Kavos in the south. It’s party-central here, thanks to a generous dollop of bars and nightclubs. You’ll spy them along the main strip, which runs along the beach. No directions needed – simply follow the crowds. Daytripping in Kavos comes recommended, too, thanks to an eight-kilometre-long stretch of sand and more watersports than you can shake a stick at.
