Sip a feni-based cocktail at a beach shack
Anjuna is no longer the hedonists’ Mecca it once was, so nightlife is pretty chilled these days. At the beach shacks you’ll make new friends over feni-based cocktails, and a few nights a week you might find a band playing reggae covers of the latest chart hits. You could always try asking at the Nine Bar in Vagator, a 10-minute walk north of Anjuna, if there are any local trance parties going on. The bar staff there are usually the first to know.
