March up Mount Etna

Mount Etna’s one of the most active volcanos in the world, and at more than 3,000 metres tall, it’s one of the biggest, too. It’s around an hour’s drive from Gaggi, and once you’re there you’ve got a couple of options in terms of climbing up it. The cable car’s summit station lands you at 2500 metres above sea level, or you can follow one of many walking trails which lead you almost to its peak.
