Order a round of brandy sours in the village
As the evening draws in, Pomos’ residents tend to retreat to their homes with a few bottles of wine, or congregate in the local restaurants sipping ice-cold Keo beers or brandy sours – Cyprus’ national drink. For a change of scene, Paradise Place is a good bet. This small bar, a couple of minutes’ drive south of the village, has a variety of live music acts in summer playing everything from jazz to bouzouki music.
