Stroll along the banks of the Tiber River

Piazza Navona is famous for its fountains, but you might not realise how close it is to some of Rome’s most authentic shops. Take a wander through the streets between here and the Tiber, and you’ll find artisan boutiques and gelato bars galore. When you reach the riverside, follow the tree-lined path and you’ll reach the statue-sided St Angelo Bridge in no time.
