Got your eye on Greece’s islands? Crete is a top pick. Here, you’ve got two big spots to pick from – Heraklion and Rethymnon. Heraklion’s the capital. Think fancy food joints, trendy bars and ancient sites. Rethymnon’s a bit smaller, and has teeny boutiques and age-old churches up for grabs. Both have got an Insta-worthy waterfront. Sand and sea are a given, too wherever you prefer.
Skiathos and Rhodes are the two trendsetters when it comes to trying an Aegean Island villa on for size. Skiathos is one of the smaller bites in the Greek Island buffet, but it’s bursting with rustic eateries and natural scenery. You’ll find most of our villas in Skiathos dotted in the outskirts around Skiathos Town – the island’s restaurant-loaded main hub. Point your eyes towards Rhodes, however, and you’ll find villas a short drive from the island’s leading lady – the UNESCO-backed Medieval quarter of Rhodes Town.
