It’s time to get excited – the brand-new Holiday Village Atlantica Bellevue Park is on sale. This Cyprus hotel will join the ranks of our ever-popular Holiday Village collection, which features hotels in tonnes of different destinations, including the likes of Menorca and Montenegro. We’ll cut the ribbon on this box-fresh spot in summer 2020. That might feel like ages away, but we reckon you’ll want to reserve your room sharpish – read on to find out why, then check out our best Holiday Villages deals.
Where is it?
The Holiday Village Atlantica Bellevue Park has snapped up a spot in the former fishing village of Ayia Napa, in Cyprus. This slice of Cyprus might be known for its party scene, but it’s got tonnes to offer families, too. We’re talking waterparks, cultural sights like monasteries and museums, and a standout, sand-blanketed beach scene.
What’s the pool scene like?
For lots of us, holidays are all about the pools. Whether you’re a water baby who can’t stay dry, or you’d rather soak up the sunshine round the water’s edge, Holiday Village Atlantica Bellevue will have the swimming spot for you. For starters, there’ll be a roomy main pool featuring a swanky swim-up bar. Plus, the pool’s set to look out over the sea, so you’ll have some stellar views to take in, too. It’ll be surrounded by loungers and parasols, but if you like your sunbathing to be on the peaceful side, you can head over to the quiet pool. Little ones will have a colourful splash park to themselves. And, if you need a break from the sunshine, there’ll be an indoor pool, to boot.
What are the rooms like?
There are 275 rooms altogether, and there’s a selection of room types on offer. Double rooms will come with inland views or sea views, as will family rooms. Want a swim-up? Pick between a swim-up double room, family room, or suite. Or, you can upgrade to a suite with its own private pool, if you’re feeling fancy. But what about the details? Free Wi-Fi comes as standard, you’ll get a mini fridge to keep your drinks cool, and all the rooms will come with a terrace or a balcony complete with furniture.
What’s the food like?
The main restaurant will be a buffet number, offering breakfast, lunch and a themed dinner. Plus, there’ll be an al fresco terrace for open-air dining. What’s more, you’ll have a couple of themed à la carte restaurants to tantalise your tastebuds, too. If you’re the type to get peckish in between meals, don’t fear. You’ll have a pair of snack bars to keep you fuelled up. And, the lobby bar will serve a selection of thirst-quenching drinks.
What’s on offer for kids?
If there’s one thing that Holiday Villages has covered, it’s keeping kids busy. As well as the stellar swimming scene, kids will have their own playground. And, for kids over 6, there’ll be an Aerial Adventure high-ropes course. Plus, there’ll be a trio of Academies for little ones to get stuck in to – one will focus on swimming, another on stage performance, and a third on football. When it comes to kids’ clubs, this place won’t be one-size-fits-all. It’ll offer three different kids’ clubs, divided up by different age groups, as well as a crèche for the littlest guests and a special spot for teens.
What’s on offer for grown-ups?
It’s easy to forget that family holidays have to work for the grown-ups, as well as the little ones. But don’t worry, our Holiday Villages are built with everyone in mind. So what’s on the agenda for adults at the Holiday Village Atlantica Bellevue Park? There’ll be a fancy spa that majors in muscle-melting treatments – it’s reserved just for grown-up guests. Plus, if you fancy, you can play table tennis or tennis. And, a packed line-up of fitness classes will be on the cards. Come evening, you’ll be able to sip cocktails at the lobby bar, or listen to live music.
