An adults-only pool and lots for kids gives this place a head start for families.
This large complex is made up of a main building and bungalows dotted across colourful gardens. Steps lead onto the little beach and, beyond, Altinkum is about 15 minutes’ walk away.
There’s a great pool scene here, with special mention going to the adults-only pool for its relaxed vibe. Littler guests are well catered for, too, with waterslides and a Thomson-run kids’ club.

HOTEL GIVES YOU "WINGS"
Just returned after 2 very relaxing weeks in Palm Wings Alitinkum I travelled with my wife 49 mother 75 and son 24 what a wonderful hotel from arrival we was taken in golf buggy to garden villa rooms 1723-24 with free air con and safe wi fi bit hit miss but could get it also both have a main door what made me feel safe knowing my mum was next door , and we were only 2 min walk to main pool and restaurant area . the hotel is 24 hours bars mostly pool area there is a 2 hour disco bar 12-2 but then back in shopping centre area there is a small bar for anyone who has not had enough ? 3 pools indoor in hotel grounds plus next to hotel a relax pool very quiet adult only with walk in steps and only bout 4ft depth and then the main pool what all animation team do there activity's if you would like to get involved from anything from boules to water polo all animation nice guys always around for any advice . the bar staff are very quick and efficient small glasses of beer but you can have as many as you need also the guys who do all tidying up and waiting on were very polite and attentive also go bar if you want them too also food was very good usual stuff chick and eggs ha ha but also many other choices and various theme nights , I would not recommend A LA CARTE Chinese was a farce took 4 days to book and what a let down not a Chinese at all joke to be honest 1 choice of soup and 1 cheese roll between 4 adults a joke and curry what was served in main restaurant anyway we were 1 of many what walked out not good so we ended up going back to main restaurant for meals of roast beef mash and veg but This hotel as everything you need from relax to diving in to your own private part of sea and getting involved with all activity's so I would definitely come back it is excellent hotel thanks Palm WingsMore
From behind Reception
The reception and assistant General Manager are/is dreadful. Get beyond that, to your room/bungalow and the holiday begins. Beautiful gardens, spotless accommodation, golf buggeys running around offering lifts. This place is a village all to its self. The mini shopping centre, all friendly and willing to help, to walk through and see the gigantic pool. Great staff at the pool bar and will bring drinks to you if they can. Now walk down to the main restaurant, we had the same table throughout our stay on the terrace and had drinks waiting for us thanks to the wonderful restaurant Manager 'Mustafa', he really does take care of his customers. Food for an all inclusive is incredible, the Executive chefs (red coats), watched all the time, the food stations were immaculate. I watched one day how they cleaned. It was only the holiday makers that destroyed the displays of food with utter greed and altermatley waste.... The beach is were we spent everyday, beds always available and the beach raked everyday. Spotless. Swam and snorkeled all day long, to hot to not get in. Hired jet bikes and that was fab fun with great staff. The watersports area was always busy with peeps having fun. Open air disco was OK, same music on replay. Never really busy but still worth a visit for a dance and a chat with other holiday makers. Barstaff again lovely. The cleaners, the gardeners and restaurants /bar staff work very hard and a tip goes along way. Would definitely recommend and revisit. More
Lady Sarah P,
Some parts good, some not so good
Just spent a week at this resort and overall we enjoyed it. The good parts are the service, cleanliness, food and drink. The not so good is the layout and the rooms in the hotel. The resort is on a hill and the hotel is at the top furthest away from the pool, restaurants and bars. There are golf buggies running around but in the week we were there we could never get on one. The hotel rooms are very poor, very small with no balcony ( advertised as French balcony which is a set of metal railings right outside the window). The weather when we were there was glorious but we were unable to sit outside as we didn't have a balcony. I'm told the bungalow rooms are much better but I can't comment. The beach is very small and down an extremely steep hill so it's not for the feint hearted.More
Here right now. Brilliant hotel. Pool is great. Kids love the slides. Plenty of sun beds. We are in a bungalow they are really nice. But my friends are in the hotel which is nice to they are not complaining. Rooms are clean and maids have been in everyday. Food is nice. Plenty of choice. Sometimes a bit cold but very tasty. It's a large resort and with this you don't get to know the staff very well as you do in smaller hotels but they seem OK. Turkish bath is wonderful. Not to far to walk into town. Kids disco is the same every night although it's not really a disco so my kids were disappointed it's a more a playtime with songs. Entertainment at night is a bit poor but it's better than going to bed early so we are making the most of it. All in all we would come back it's well worth the money. But I wish it was in gumbet altinkum is horrible at the side of gumbet More
Spent 10 days at this resort with my wife and two teenage daughters. Very clean, pleasant staff & a good choice of food. Something for everyone. Had a night out at Gusto's restaurant which was lovely. Enjoyed all aspects could not fault and set in a beautiful location. Felt safe and secure throughout our stay. Many thanks to the hotel staff for a great holiday!More
