An adults-only pool and lots for kids gives this place a head start for families.
This large complex is made up of a main building and bungalows dotted across colourful gardens. Steps lead onto the little beach and, beyond, Altinkum is about 15 minutes’ walk away.
There’s a great pool scene here, with special mention going to the adults-only pool for its relaxed vibe. Littler guests are well catered for, too, with waterslides and a Thomson-run kids’ club.

We visited the Palm Wings Beach Resort earlier this month as our first holiday as a family of 4! We were so impressed. All staff members were absolutely wonderful, so polite and exceeded our expectations. The pools were fantastic (yes cold but once your in it's great!) and the slides are a great touch for both kids and adults. The animation team were fabulous incorporating all ages in their games and activities, they were so friendly and a actively involved in making the holiday so much more fun! The food was amazing also. The catering staff must work 24/7 to provide high quality food. My partner is diabetic and all the food they provided was fresh therefore better for him. He was much better controlled in Turkey than he has been for years at home!! The bungalow we stayed in was immaculate every single day. The house keepers are amazing and so polite and friendly. They do an amazing job! Palm Wings holds many happy first family holiday memories for us. Thank you so much for helping us make them with yourselves and we'll return soon! More
Better than last year!
We returned to Palm wings this year for another family holiday, the time of year works well for us as we have a 2 year old and a baby and temperatures are between 26-30 degrees so we can enjoy the beach and pool with out kids getting too hot. All staff are so friendly as soon as you arrive and can't seem to help you enough, the complex was always spotlessly clean which we really liked, only complaint I would really make would be about the room as I found the floors became quite dirty in the bungalows as stone floors weren't cleaned that often I would say approx twice a week which is no good when you have three people walking in the room and have been on visits to the beach! Food seem better as well this year for the first week of our stay but seemed to be a lot less choose on our second week as the hotel was quieter, it would have been better for volume to go down but more choices but this didn't put us off to mix it up a little we headed out for dinner a couple of times to Didim which is a 20 minute walk away from the Hotel. This year the hotel exceeded our expectations and I have to say this was all down to the fantastic Animation team that were here. I don't seem to remember much of the animation team last year and they defiantly didn't have anywhere near as many activities but this year the lovely team made the holiday for us. The team laid on plenty of activities around the pool during the day with no pressure at all to take part if you didn't want to. Our daughter loved the cartoon time and mini disco and we decided to stay for the evening show one night midway into our two week stay and it was so funny and brilliant we then stayed for every show each night after that and they always turn out to be really good. I think the best show was on the comedy night, I haven't laughed so much in ages! Not knowing what to expect it was great to see the team doing the show! A massive thank you to Yalcin, Tarzan, Niño, Anna, Justin and the rest of the Animation (sorry I don't know the other names) without you guys and all you did our Holiday would not have been the same. This years animation team are a real credit to the Palm Wings hotel.More
We travelled to Turkey as a family of 6 (mum, me and my wife and 3 kids), and we were all very pleasantly surprised by the Palm Wings Beach resort. Initial impressions are great, you get chauffeur driven to your room in a golf buggy, saves you lugging cases round this huge resort, Nice touch. We stayed in 2, 4 bed bungalows which were immaculate, very clean tidy and well presented. Ours were ideally located as well, near enough to the pool/bars but not so near that we were disturbed by any noise from the poolside. Room were well laid out with a double bed and bunk bed, rooms are also equipped with air con, fridge, tv, safe, plenty of storage and of course en-suite toilet/shower. The resort itself was immaculate, from absolutely spotless toilets to litter free poolside. I read on previous reviews about the slipperyness around the pool, I think this is unfair critique as it's pretty much the same wherever you go, the Palm wings resort have tried to tackle this is by placing fake rolled out grass, which works extremely well. All of the staff were polite and friendly, and did their best to get you what you ask for. The food was great and very varied throughout the week, with a different themed evening each day, again very clean and organised, with food available for the majority of the day and night, the only time we were unable to get food was between 9pm and midnight The only 2 issues I could possibly raise, and these are very minor issues are 1) the main outdoor pool was very cold, which was a bit of a disappointment as the kids were taking an absolute age to pluck up the courage to jump in. 2) the evening entertainment at the poolbar was not great, most nights it was a guy attempting to play a guitar and sing along to songs he apparently didn't know the words to, this was painful at times. We nicknamed him pirate Steve, as he wore what appeared to be a pirate bandana All in all the Palm wings beach resort is fantastic, a lovely resort in fantastic well kept surroundings, I gave it 5 out of 5 and the resort definitely warrants that scoreMore

"Holiday to remember"
Arrived early hours of the morning and where greeted by lovely staff checked in and were taken to our apartment by buggy. We then ventured to the Bar where we were served with drinks and various rolls to choose from. Our room overlooked the Tennis Courts and further over the mountains. The next day we all went for breakfast and were blown away when we walked through the Shopping Arcade and saw the Water Shoots and swimming pools. The Panorama Restaurant is aptly named as we walked out on the verandah the views blew you away. The food choice is amazing and deserts to die for. The private beach is amazing lots of sun beds and parasols. You have to swim in the sea it's gorgeous we went on the sofa behind the speed boat an experience not to be missed!!!! The staff are all friendly and nothing too much trouble. I could go on and on but would book again tomorrow without a second thought.More
