Summer just keeps coming in Antalya, Turkey… This October deal’s a hot shoulder-season pick

4 nights All Inclusive at TUI BLUE Palm Garden, departing 19th October 2024 from London Luton Airport. Price based on two adults sharing a larger double room.

Summer doesn’t have to end until you say it does. Turkey gets the memo, keeping thing hot in the high-20s, even in October. Antalya sits on the Turkish Riviera on the south-west coast and this little resort, called Manavgat, has a nice quiet vibe. But you’re still only a 10-minute drive from the beaches, Roman ruins and buzzing nightlife of Side if that’s more your scene. This hotel’s right on the beach, reached through its palm gardens. The main pool comes with five slides and a separate children’s pool has its own fro-yo bar. TUI BLUEs are known for their line-up of activities, so expect cooking classes, table tennis, boules and even watersports on the beach. The BLUEf!t® programme includes fitness classes and wellbeing sessions five days a week, too. They’re also a real treat for foodies. Levante is this hotel’s à la carte restaurant, where you’ll be treated to a four-course menu – you get one visit included free of charge here.

Swerve the crowds in Corfu with a late-summer break to this peaceful pick

7 nights Self Catering at The Palms Sidari, departing 4th October 2024 from London Stansted Airport. Price based on two adults sharing a studio.

This hotel’s found itself a spot in the quiet countryside on the Greek island of Corfu. Surrounded by rolling fields and shady trees, it’s super secluded here, and the perk of your own studio room means you get the privacy of your own kitchenette and balcony, too. Because you’re so tucked away, the nearest beach is a 25-minute walk but with temps averaging in the low-20s around this time, you won’t work up too much of a sweat. You can also get a five-minute taxi if you fancy. The pool takes pride of place here and there are loads of loungers to pick from. As you’re Self Catering, you can chef up your own meals, stroll into town or opt in for one of the weekly barbecue nights.

This trip to Istanbul is a winner for a winter weekend away

3 nights Room Only at The Soul Istanbul Hotel, departing 6th December 2024 from Manchester Airport. Price based on two adults sharing a double standard room.

Stay in the centre of Istanbul at this hotel – it’s the perfect place to explore the city in just a few days. You’re only a five-minute walk from the Museum of Innocence and Istiklal Avenue. The Pera Museum and Istanbul Modern are also super close. The style here is chic boutique. Think curvy banisters, wall panels and unique chandeliers. There’s a pretty, tiled terrace garden to sip your morning coffee in and all the classic services – laundry, dry cleaning, Wi-Fi – are provided. Private bathrooms even come with complimentary toiletries, so you can just travel with hand luggage.

Christmas has come early with this hot week in Morocco

7 nights All Inclusive at Sol Oasis Marrakech, departing 6th December 2024 from Birmingham Airport. Price based on two adults sharing a double room.

Swap continents for just a four-hour flight and you could catch yourself a tan for Christmas. Marrakech still hits 20°C in December, so it’s a firm winter sun fave. A little early present? Going All Inclusive… Grab your cocktail and sip it by the pool – there are loungers, parasols and even hammocks to chill in. The Atlas Mountains are your backdrop and, with the city being a 25-minute drive away, you can enjoy them in a purely peaceful setting. Dip in and out of the medina and check out the souks when you wish, but this little oasis is always waiting when you’re ready to relax. There’s a Moroccan-themed spa, a splash park for kids, as well as a kid’s club, and four restaurants. After dark, take a seat for one of the live events in the auditorium.

If you’re theme park obsessed, it has to be Orlando, Florida

7 nights Self Catering at Sonesta ES Suites Lake Buena Vista Orlando Resort, departing 26th September 2024 from Birmingham Airport. Price based on two adults sharing a one-bedroom apartment.

These suites are set up perfectly for visits to some of Orlando’s best theme parks. The hotel even puts on a shuttle bus – for an extra fee – to take you to Walt Disney World Resort in under five minutes and Universal Orlando Resort in just over 10. All the rooms here come with their own kitchen and living space and there are barbecues dotted around the grounds to use for a big family feast. The nearest shop is just over the road, or you can stroll just down the road to some of the local restaurants – including an Olive Garden. There’s also a pool surrounded by palm trees and loungers, a gym and even a café serving your fave Starbucks™ drinks if you’re on the go.
