Hotel Don Pancho

The Hotel Don Pancho is anchored one block from Levante Beach, with a clutch of bars, cafés and restaurants right outside. The centre of Benidorm is only 15 minutes’ walk away, too.

It’s not hard to see why this place bagged a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence in 2014 – the staff get heaps of praise, there’s lots of entertainment, and its location puts bars, restaurants, and sands all on the doorstep.

Bedrooms here feature comfy beds and a warm colour scheme. They all come with a balcony or terrace, too.

Superb hotel

Just back from a week at the Don Pancho. Stayed in a superior room on the 13th floor. I know they're doing a big refurb soon but I found the place excellent as it was. Comfortable room, good view, terrific food, pleasant staff. A big shout out especially to the ever smiling chef George! More

We stayed here again from 26th September, not much changed since last year just felt we had continued our last holiday.I had had asked for high room at end we got 1501 so got both requests room was perfect what a view, the room was cleaned to a high standard from maid who was always smiling and singing away to herself, the food a usual very good dinning room staff vey helpful,I would like to say the pasta dish that was served at the show cooking was the best I have ever had.We stayed in most nights and drank in dance lounge it is always great to see local people coming in and enjoying themselves the Don Pancho have some absolutely fantastic singer's,the waiting staff in dance lounge are another great asset to Don Pancho they have a great sense of humour and it grew to have a wee bit of banter with them.I would also like to mention reception staff who are always very helpful it was also great to see owner around all the time a lady who also puts in long hours and always say hello to sum up Don Pancho Rocks. I would like to wish all the staff health and happiness for the future and all goes well at refurbishment 👍😁More

Could be the perfect hotel!

Agree with most of the reviews. The rooms are comfortable with sea views the higher the better the view. Upgraded to a premier room excellent however the bathroom was tired and would have suited a walk in shower The food could have been a little better for a hotel of this class. It tended to be repetitive and ill matched. ie one evening roast beef and Yorkshire pudding was served with only French fries or mash available. Only TUC biscuits available with cheese course, no crackers or wheat biscuits. Staff in all department were excellent. If the few issues were addressed it would be a perfect hotel.More

Good hotel but wouldn't return

We visited the hotel on the 19th September for 10 nights. We stayed in the Superior room on the 11th floor, the room was spacious with a brilliant view of the beach. We had bottled water delivered every morning and the maid did a brilliant job every day. The resturant food is good quality (very good breakfast) the only downfall is the dinner menu was repeated, we chose to eat out 5 nights out of 10. The pool area is small and you are not allowed floats or balls and received dirty looks if you made any noise really so we chose not spend much time round the pool area, we witnessed one couple made to feel very uncomfortable because their baby was crying, at times I felt uncomfortable in the hotel as me and my husband felt we were stared at by other guests as if we shouldn't be there, the majority of the guests have visited before and the atmosphere can feel quite cliquey as we are in our 20s and all the other guest are 70+. the entertainment at night was aimed at older guests there was nothing modern. The Dining room and reception staff are very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel it was very good but to an older age group, unfortunately me and my husband wouldn't choose to stay here again. More

Great stay at the don pancho

Just returned from the don pancho hotel in benidorm can't fault this hotel the staff were wonderful. Food was great with a good selection, the room was spotlessly clean as indeed was the hotel itself. But boy was this hotel dated it was like back in the sixties four star it is not. The refurbishment which starts soon, should have been done a long time ago, but once done it will be a first class hotel.More
