Hotel Don Pancho

The Hotel Don Pancho is anchored one block from Levante Beach, with a clutch of bars, cafés and restaurants right outside. The centre of Benidorm is only 15 minutes’ walk away, too.

It’s not hard to see why this place bagged a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence in 2014 – the staff get heaps of praise, there’s lots of entertainment, and its location puts bars, restaurants, and sands all on the doorstep.

Bedrooms here feature comfy beds and a warm colour scheme. They all come with a balcony or terrace, too.

UGH GREEN SEATS

Booked in no fuss ,had a superior room with flat screen television,fridge,2 bottles of water a day, safe all at no extra cost.Good view from balconyFood was ok ,good service. No problems with sunbeds/shades,due to Monika who looked after the area,i hope the hotel realise what a asset she is to the hotel, nothing was a problem to her.The only downside was the seating in the function room green/red which made the room dark and dingy.Lounge bar was bright and airy and always had good service from Felix.Average age was quite high ,many mobility scooters. Hotel in a good position and i understand closing in November for a refurb.More

As good as always

Stayed in April. This was our 3rd stay in 3 years. If you want a particular room or floor just e-mail and they will help if they can. Suggest you do not stay on first floor as you can hear the music if you want an early night. The food is still as good as our first visit. Staff very helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Entertainment and resident bands are excellent. Bedrooms are comfortable. do not have to wait for any length of time for lifts. We will visit again next year when the refurbishment is completed.More

Tired but comfortable and central

Stayed here May 2015 (refurb due end of 2015/start 2016). Old fashioned hotel preferred by older travellers and central for beach with main shopping area/town centre only 15 minutes walk away. Food good if a little monotonous and bland. Rooms comfortable but fittings worn. Staff great and pleased to help whenever asked. Although on main road, traffic noise was not an issue and beach was only a 5 minute walk away. Surrounding area has the usual tourist gift shops, small markets and restaurants & bars. Streets to the rear of hotel a bit roundly at night and frequented by stag and hen parties.More

Very good

Just returned from another stay at the Don Pancho Hotel in Benidorm. Just as good as the last time we stayed, there were a couple of issues during our stay but once I reported them they were sorted out immediately. The Hotel is closing down on the 1st November for a complete refurbishment, rooms, balconies, kitchens pool area the full works. And won't reopen until 1st May 2016. When it will look quite spectacular, so can't wait to book in the new year.More

Glenis W,

a great place to stay

just returned from 11 night stay. The hotel is closing from November to April for refurbs.Room was comfortable, staff were all friendly and helpful. Booked in Bed, breakfast and evening meal. All meals are buffet style. the choice both hot and cold was huge and all very well cooked and presented. The hotel is a very short walk to the beach which is large and very clean. Taxis are plentiful and not expensive. Shopping is vast with massive variety of everything. places to visit the old town, altea, calpe. Definitely a place worthy of a return visit.More
