The Hotel Don Pancho is anchored one block from Levante Beach, with a clutch of bars, cafés and restaurants right outside. The centre of Benidorm is only 15 minutes’ walk away, too.
It’s not hard to see why this place bagged a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence in 2014 – the staff get heaps of praise, there’s lots of entertainment, and its location puts bars, restaurants, and sands all on the doorstep.
Bedrooms here feature comfy beds and wooden furniture, with walls painted in a warm peach and white colour scheme. They all come with a balcony or terrace, too.

Pre Xmas break
First time at this hotel. Cannot fault anything about it. Food was excellent, staff were very friendly, nothing was a bother to them. Sunday breakfast was my dream, smoked salmon with a glass of bubbly. We stayed on 17th floor, had fantastic views over Benidorm and sea.. Entertainment for this time of year was great, something going on every night. Would definitely return.More

Stayed at the hotel on 11/11/14 for 11 days, the main reception, public and pool areas are kept very clean and the staff are very, very helpful and friendly. Our room on the 15th floor was kept spotless, although we personally found the beds firm they were reasonably comfortable, the sheets were changed frequently and all used towels were changed daily. The restaurant provided a good selection of food that's suitable for all tastes so you definitely won't go hungry. The hotel is due for refurbishment in November 2015, but even in its present state it is more than acceptable, we looked at the upgraded superior rooms but did not think they were worth the extra cost as the standard room was pleasant enough. We personally had a great time there and will be returning in the future and felt it was worth every penny (Euro).More

Very warm welcome, excellent food and courteous helpful stall
Went back to this hotel (have not been for several years due to health reasons) and as the Trip Advisor reports have been so good decided to go back. We were not disappointed! In fact we are going back again in January2015 that is how good it is. Warm welcome from Reception who even allocated to us the room number that we requested. The Guest Relatios manager (Ana) also came to see us and she is excellent. The food in the restaurant is superb and it is worth paying the supplement for full board as the lunches are first class as is the restaurant staff. Also, the entertainment is very good and there are discounts on all drinks for guests (you are not charged the price shown on the drinks list as long as you charge to your room number) All rooms are sea facing and it is a help if you get a high floor.More

Well worth a visit
we went to Benidorm (1st timers) and stayed at the Don Pancho, although going through a referb next year (2015) hotel was well worth it. Staff very good, cleaning staff excellent, room although smallish, had everything you need. Food was plentiful and hot, somewhat predictable, we heard no complaints from anybody there.More
