Hotel Don Pancho

The Hotel Don Pancho is anchored one block from Levante Beach, with a clutch of bars, cafés and restaurants right outside. The centre of Benidorm is only 15 minutes’ walk away, too.

It’s not hard to see why this place bagged a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence in 2014 – the staff get heaps of praise, there’s lots of entertainment, and its location puts bars, restaurants, and sands all on the doorstep.

Bedrooms here feature comfy beds and wooden furniture, with walls painted in a warm peach and white colour scheme. They all come with a balcony or terrace, too.

Great Position

Lovely hotel, in a great position for the beach and local bars etc, very pleasant and helpful staff. Had a bit of a problem at breakfast with too many people looking for too few tables but generally very good. The bar staff were very efficient, and the prices were very good and competitive. One problem was that after dinner we went into the entertainment lounge for a coffee and a brandy but were advised that if we wanted coffee we had to go downstairs as they did not serve coffee in this area ,which meant you could not relax after dinner and watch and listen to the entertainers with a coffee.Crazy. Another problem was on a Saturday evening the locals seem to take over the hotel, we finished dinner at approx 9pm but no tables or seats were available as they had all been taken by non residents, several residents like us were unhappy with this situation particularly on a saturday evening. However overall we had a good holiday and enjoyed ourselves.More

Even better

Just returned from hotel Don Pancho Benidorm. Went there in May with my husband and there was a little issue with a few dirty dishes in the restaurant. I did point these out to the Maitre De and he did say it would be sorted. And I.m pleased to say on this trip with friends it was sorted out and no dirty dishes were found. So excellent holiday at an excellent hotel. Superb hotel, superb weather, superb service, what more can you want.More

EileenJ46,

last minute break

Stayed at the Don Pancho for 1 week at beginning of october. What a lovely hotel it was all our age group 55 upwards. Room was lovely, beds were comfortable, very clean, food was lovely always something that you liked. Ideal for the beach as we were only one street back from the beach. Pool was a bit small but not being a swimmer was ideal for me. If you put all your drinks and snacks to your room then you got a discount (every little helps). Will definitely go back next year.More

" Dissapointed "

We have just returned from our 4th or 5th visit to Don Pancho, we have up to now been very happy, in the past we have always had a high floor room, as requested, I know this is only a request but this time we were told the top 10 floors were now superior rooms at an extra charge of 10 euros p.n. that means an extra 140 euros for a fortnights holiday, a lot of money on top of what you pay, we got the 6th floor with large cracks in either side of the balcony glass. I wouldn't mind if I hadn't got home & read on trip advisor that they are giving free upgrades to some. maybe when you have been going a few times they assume you will keep on going so they don't bother as much.More
