Club Alize Apartments

This place comes with a walk-to beach and a choice of bars. Plus the pool has a waterslide, too.

Club Alize has mapped out a good spot. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from shops, bars and restaurants, and the centre of Marmaris is just 5 minutes by cab. As for the beach, you can walk to it in 15.

The main focal point is the pool, with its slides and separate section for kids. It’s where the buffet restaurant is and the entertainment takes place here, too.

I have booked this hotel for two weeks in June, I will be traveling with my partner and our 5 year old son and our daughter will be nearly 1, Can anyone recommend places to go and things to do , also any tips on how to get a quiet room as don't want the children up all night More

Leighton J,

Never Dissapoints!

Amazing hotel visited her twice once in 2013 and then in 2014 and we are hopefully going again this year! Lovely rooms thankfully we got a pool view both times but sometimes your hotel room is facing a massive rubbish pile!Food and beverages are excellent and there is always a a variety of food to choose from. Entertainment made this holiday the team are amazing. Not recommended for couples seeking relaxation definitley a family hotel. More

Decent hotel shame about reception staff

Stayed at the Club Alize for a week in October with my wife for a short break. Our plane had to do a emergency landing in Germany so we arrived at about 9pm at the hotel. We were greeted by a rude arrogant receptionist (don't know his name the one with the glasses). No one who arrived with us got help with their luggage even the old age couples. I would have thought that the hotel would have at least extended dinner by only a extra 30 mins so me and the other guests could get something to eat after arriving late. Our room however was great as it was very spacious with our own kitchen. The hotel itself is good but it is not very big for the amount of guests which stay there. Me and my wife didn't once get a sun bed because either they were all taken or people who leave their towels on them from dust till dawn. Our Thompson holiday rep Jak was very nice and polite he always gave us tips and advise on where to go and what to do. I was impressed with the food as it didn't taste repetitive and was very tasty. There were theme nights for dinner Turkish, Indian,Mexian etc. The waiters and the maids at the dinning hall were great they were always very helpful and provided a great service, unlike reception!More

Better places out there

I'm not one for putting on reviews but feel on this time I will, we arrived in the middle of the night with out young son, to be greeted with a rude arrogant staff member in reception, he was not in the least Intrested in arriving guests. Our room was ok pretty much what you would expect of a three star but we had one which over looked the back of the hotel, there was a dog which barked constantly all day and all through the night, keeping my young son awake all holiday, There is never any rooms you can change to as hotel appears to always be full. Breakfasts were awful and lunch and dinner was the same most nights, I am not to fussy an eater either, but to have chips and chicken nuggets and spaghetti for kids every night, total joke, When eating your meal adults would sit next to you and blow smoke near to where you were, U could never get a sunbed and the most annoying part of the whole holiday was when h eventually managed to get a sunbed, two or three turkish workers would stand and stare at you until u moved if it was after three pm as they liked to clear them away at that time, no joke.. The most horrible and annoying part of the holiday was the rude bar man, I'm sure all the previous guest will remember him, practically ever time you ordered a drink he would scowl at you or shake his head or tut not very good when your all inclusive, he made me upset a few times, this mixed with the sun longer idiots was very saddening. Rep was a joke as well, excursions were over priced and watch when she gives you your change back........ Now a lot of the feedback in these reviews they say that they have had gold awards with first choice yes they have but these date back to 2008 and when the property was self catering, Turkey itself is lovely but save your money there are far better hotels out there stick with four stars and thomson. On a more positive note most of the entertainment team were ok and did try with the little ones especially urguay the little waitress, she was fantastic, As was the man who ran the spa. More
