Club Alize Apartments

This place comes with a walk-to beach and a choice of bars. Plus the pool has a couple of waterslides, too.

Club Alize has mapped out a good spot. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from shops, bars and restaurants, and the centre of Marmaris is just 5 minutes by cab. As for the beach, you can walk to it in 15.

The main focal point is the pool, with its slides and separate section for kids. It’s where the buffet restaurant is and the entertainment takes place here, too.

For your peace of mind, all First Choice Kids’ Club staff have advance DBS checks and hold NVQ Level 2 childcare qualifications. They’re First Aid trained, and there’ll be at least 2 of them on duty at all times. Plus there’s a strict sign-in and out system.

A beautiful and comfortable place.. But can be noisy at night

I absolutely loved my stay at Club Alize, from the comfortable rooms to the tasty food. The staff were very eager to assist in any way possible and rooms/facilities were cleaned promptly and efficiently. The buffets included a range of foods with chefs cooking different dishes every day. The pool was always clean and a great place to go for a cool swim before retreating back to your room for a nice hot shower with complimentary soaps and shampoos. However, I was staying on the first floor and the walls of my room were very thin so I could hear the noise from the hallway and even my upstairs neighbours shower running. The holiday reps also charge wayyyyy too much for excursions so I recommend you check out the local excursions salesmen and haggle to a great price. This could save you upwards of £100 during your stay in Marmaris. There was also one bad moment where a member of staff was very rude to my auntie and refused to help her request for a room to pray in (we had just checked out). This left a negative impression at the end of an otherwise amazing stay at Club Alize.More

Stacey P,

Great hotel.

I stayed at this hotel with my 2 boys aged 8 and 11. room was great, air con only in the bedroom but if its left on with the door open, it was never a problem. Kettle and fridge in the room too, which is great. Wi Fi available in the lobby. I hired the TV for the week, payed £5, cant go wrong with that. Pool is great, slide is only open at certain times. Plenty of variety of food on offer. Children never went hungry. Great entertainment in the evening Only complaint I have is that there was no entertainment in the day for the boys. Plenty to do for the adults or for little ones in the kids ended up spending A LOT of money in the arcadesMore

A very clean, very friendly well run hotel. Food is 10 out of 10. Lots of choice and something different everyday. Kids food is very good too. Rooms basic but spacious and clean (could do with air con in living area where the kids slept) only had air con in bedroom. You could however hire a fan from reception for £10 a week. The entertainment team work very hard, have loads of energy and keep you busy all day ( if you want to join in that is. Watching everybody else is also fun). Fatty, Jam, dodo and lily you do a fantastic job. The waiters and staff can't do enough for you. I will defo be returning here next year it was amazing. I am 50, my kids are teenagers 13 and 14 and we all loved it. My husband who is 60 also thoroughly enjoyed. A holiday with something for everyone or if you wish just chill by pool. If I had to be negative I would say all though you always get a sun bed you need to be up early if you want to be right next to the pool. Or you can tip the staff and they will put out your towels for you. That aside I would highly recommend a visit to this hotel. We visited august 2014. The hill family xxMore

Great place, would recommend

Lovely little hotel. Room furniture a little dated but clean, wardrobes could do with a few shelves as ours only had hanging rail and had to put clothes on floor of wardrobe, but not major problem. Room very warm, only air conditioning in bedroom area so moved mattress off sofa bed into bedroom for child. Towels and sheets changed alternate days and pool towels provided so don't use up luggage allowance with your own. Food brilliant, fresh and hot, good variety each day, same things on kids buffet area chips, spag Bol and breaded chicken pieces but popular with all ages! On Sunday had a yummy roast dinner. spit roasted chicken on some nights and chicken doner on others. Can tell food was dedicated to the Brits with shepherds pie and mini steak pies etc but had good selection of other foods to try too. Drinks great too proper Pepsi and tuborg beer. Spirits nice too not like paint stripper in other countries! We didn't reserve beds early as don't agree with this, and easily got a sun bed when we went after breakfast. The entertainments were fantastic and as everyone else have said this made the holiday, darts, aqua aerobics, water polo, water football using surfboard, club dances and that's just in the daytime. The staff dodo, jam, Lily and fatty were brilliant. Bingo every night then outside acts such as circus, dancers etc. and a Turkish night too. Entertainment finishes at 11:30 and all inc finishes at 12 so not a late noisy hotel. Our room was at from facing 'Cousins' bar, and little noisy from traffic at times. Marmaris beach not brilliant quite stoney, but we went to Icmeler on dolmus bus for 80p each and much nicer beach, bars, restaurants etc. Marmaris has lovely prom, nice at night, lively bars restaurants etc and the streets parallel to prom are all tourist souvenir shops. We didn't go on First Choice trips, day trip shops cheaper by Piccadilly steak house on main road, although our jeep safari didn't turn up until 10am due at 9.30 after we'd asked reception to ring and ask where they were, but paid £25 for 2 adults 1 child it was £25 pp with FC! Still had exactly same trip as a fellow guest who went on FC trip same day. Also didn't fall for the First Choice £7 mosquito bands, we'd bought ours in Homebargains 99p for two for our son, but we didn't get any bites either anyway. Son went kids club for 3-12s but felt bit too old at 10 as most kids were younger. Staff were fab though and had great security system had to sign in and out with special card. All in all great place, would def recommend.More
