This hotel has plenty of pool space, and puts the beach and bars within easy reach.
They’ve really gone to town with the pools at this place – there are ones with a mountain backdrop, an adults-only number, and lots of little sections for kids. You’ve also got the pick of 2 restaurants.
The hotel is in a great position right by a sand-and-shingle beach, with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants within a few minutes’ walk. And there’s a free shuttle bus to the famous Blue Lagoon.

Not bad but wouldn't book again.
Went here with my family in September and wouldn't book again. first impressions were good as the breakfast and dining was nice but after 10 nights their is only so much Chicken you can eat. My daughter is 15 months and niece is 2.5 years and they were not allowed in the play area as it was a death trap. the baby swing was just tied to a metal frame. toys were broken and it was just a muddy area. The pools were lovely and warm so they used them for most of the day. Location is great as you are on the sea front. The worse part of the hotel was the staff as you would go to the bar for a drink and they would just stare at you or ignore you all together, and when ordering a drink they would question how many were in your party. In the food area their was only 5 high chairs so when you needed one their were none available and the ones that they used were dirty, torn and falling apart. I was their for 10 nights and the room was cleaned about once and our towels were changed once in 10 nights. Beds were rock hard and sheets didn't fit so we shared one between us. They also provided a cot bed for my daughter but it was extremely dirty. The kids entertainment was music being played and the kids could dance on stage for 30 mins but the stage is around 1 meter high so if they fall it would end in tears, and it was also located next to the swimming pool so no thoughts for health and safety for the kids. We have been to Olu Deniz a few times and wont be booking to stay here again. To be honest its a shame because with the right management the hotel could run a lot smoother.More

The hotel staff are really friendly and helpful. We had a few hiccups with the rooms but we were a large party and because we had asked to be put together we were in the older part of the hotel. The rooms are adequate and have their own bathrooms though sometimes the cleaning was not so impressive. The reception staff though were fantastic and really helpful in sorting any problems out for us and were more than happy to move people to other rooms if necessary. The food was good and always plenty of it, something for everyone. The entertainment staff were lovely, always smiling and friendly, encouraging people to join in with all the activities. There was plenty of things to do both during the day and evening. I would be happy to go back there again.More

Lovely hotel beautiful location
Just back from another lovely holiday at this hotel a lot of changes have been made in the last year (all have improve the look and feel of the hotel) I don't know why anyone can find fault in the hotel, the staff are fantastic the food is great & it's in the perfect location (right on the beach) when people complain about the food in a muslim country all I can suggest is maybe you're better off going to Blackpool for future holidays! Rooms are clean and sheets changed every day, some people complain that rooms are basic but for a room that you only want to go to sleep & shower /change in what more could or do you want! I'm very fussy and can not find anything wrong with the hotel (why would I keep returning if I did!) can't wait to return next year to see the next changes that they have planed for this summer! More
Definately not a 4* hotel - must be classed as 3 - the staff are unhelpful and extremely unfriendly, miserable and do not like to help in any way shape or form (apart from the activity staff). A 4* hotel is one where you would like to return to - this one will definately not get my 2nd booking - too many nicer hotels in the world and too many more friendlier in turkey. I can't say that I've ever been to a 4* All Inclusive hotel before where I have to walk to the bar and get my own drinks, maybe that's just me!! The music around the pool is far too loud, you cannot have a decent conversation with the person on the sunbed next to you - there is a more quiet pool (for adults) but that is too far out of the way and no atmosphere at all. The rooms although have been renovated, there is no storage for clothing which is not being hung in the wardrobe - a small bedside cabinet & one drawer in the lounge area - for 2 people or more, this is useless - Do you really want to "live out of a suitcase" on holiday? The food is very good in the restaurant but they do have an issue with wasps, which are very annoying, I also saw 2 members of staff come out of the kitchen at one stage and put their hand in the bowl of popcorn, which was on the serving counter - I wonder if they washed there hands before they came of the kitchen? - Thank god I don't eat popcorn!!! The weather was fabulous though so if you are in need of sunshine and no cloud, then choose Turkey - you are guaranteed sunshine & heat.More
Lovely hotel great friendly helpful staff. Nothing too much trouble for Sulyman and Yeshim. Have been there many times and will return. New rooms spacious and great location round the new large pool with childrens slide. Oz and Becky great entertainers and always smiling and want to help entertain.Plenty of variety of food to suit most tastes. Fantastic location on the beach and within a short walk to the main strip for shopping. Has recently been taken over by Nao hotel and is improving each visit.More
