Great Hotel

20th October 2014 for a week All inclusive. Hotel is very clean staff are friendly and helpful. Food couldn't fault it always plenty. All Inclusive drinks local wine, beer spirits and soft drinks (though they did run out of sprite :-() There is entertainment on every night ok some night better than others. Pool areas are kept clean and didn't have a problem getting a sun bed but it was October. Weather first 2 days was great then it was mixed rain, sun and cloud with a bit of thunder and lightening but was still very warm. We went for a chilled week and thats what we got.More

I recently stayed for a few days at this all inclusive hotel & found it very pleasant, it's located about an hours drive from Dalaman airport at the end of Olu-Deniz beach & comes with a good reputation. The staff are very helpful & when approached they always greeted you with a smile & nothing was too much trouble. The room which we stayed in was clean & tidy, spacious & a balcony overlooking one of the swimming pools, a flat screen tv was wall mounted should you get bored (not much chance of that happening). The eating area too was NEVER left untidy with dirty plates and cutlery etc on the table. The food was always kept nice & hot with so much to choose from. We noticed that their staff worked extremely hard to make sure our stay was complaint free. We got talking to Suleyman who worked in the reception area of the hotel, his English was excellent and found him to be extremely professional, polite & helpful, (many thanks Suleyman). During the day some entertainment was laid on but the evenings were the best for thrills. Each of our 3 evenings we had superb acts on stage & this coming at the end of the season. Would I recommend this Hotel to anybody thinking of going to Turkey. YOU BET I would. I Could not ask for a much better stay & I will definitely return. Paul & EmmaMore

Had a lovely week . Rooms we're clean . And very close to the pool . Which there is 3 . And also very close to the beach . Food so much chose . And the staff are very friendly . Nothing was to much trouble .Entertainment was very good at night . Would go again .More

Objectve review after 3 weeks in NOA

We just left NOA hotel after 3 weeks of vacation there. We actually checked out 2 days earlier and got reservation elsewhere because hotel and service start falling apart. Here is our experience: We booked standard double room with free Wi-Fi and asked for top floor in new building. We got ground floor single bed room in old part of the resort. It was moldy, very old and dark like a dangen. NO Wi-FI.... We asked to move and where told we have to pay 10 Euro extra per night by Cigdem at reception. After some persuasion and extra 25 Lira we got family room in a new building for one night and we where told we would move to standard room after. After all this comotion, In the end we end up staying in family room for the rest of our stay because "our standard room in new building" was promised to someone else. Now the rooms in new building are awesome!!! They are new bright and clean. However the maid service needs improvement. In 3 weeks bloody pillow case (which was there from day 1)was not changed. Even after 10 Lira tip, we got only bed sheet changed and not pillow cases . So tip or no tip, maid service was terrible. The food: The food was great at the beginning of our stay. We had wide variety of salad, baklava, grill, doner, even salmon but as season was getting to a close last 10 days we where getting one day liver, next day grilled chicken, liver and then chicken, liver and chicken again..... Then used napkins start appearing in red cabbage salad, when management was called- all we got lots of excuses..... since that incident we realized that some food was simply re-used.... and we stopped eating any salads... Service: Service at the bar, restaurant or pool was excellent, even when the rain start pouring and all the water was gushing from the roof into the restaurant , staff did all they could to make guests comfortable. Even when water was gushing from the ceiling and into the deep fryer and then grill, staff took a mediate action by opening the drill on the other side not to interrupt dinner service. Kitchen chefs came out to help too.. However no management of the hotel was in site to help. Management service: Few days into our stay I ask Cigdem to provide a confirmation of room fee I paid for October 6 and so I can email the letter to airline (as my flight was canceled and I actually checked in on October 7th) she said she will help me with my request. Everytime I come to reception to follow up on the letter, Cigdem was always busy and was not able to see me. Finally on 16th day we chatted again and she said, she will make a letter and bring it to my room. Unfortunately after 2 more days of waiting instead of the letter I got written "Sorry No Can Do Note".... Cigdem did not have a face to speak with me in person instead she place a note in the room and hide in the room behind the reception every time she saw me... MY conclusionn is- Visit NOA hotel only on dry days and avoid end of season (otherwise you will be swimming in your bed or take shower during dinner time in the dinning room) Avoid dealing with management because it will get you no where Avoid old buildings (garden rooms). Bring your own bedsheets and pillow cases Forget about Wi-Fi (only working in dinning room or lobby but extremely slow) If you like liver or chicken for dinner every day- look no further and book NOA hotel Location of the hotel is perfect for beach lovers 3 pools are open and well maintained Plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas around the pool Rooms in new buildings are large, bright and clean Gardens around hotel are well groomed and filled with flowersMore
