A beachfront postcode and a top-notch pool make this place a popular pick.
As the name suggests, this beachfront complex looks more like a mini village than a hotel. The sugarcube apartments are surrounded by landscaped gardens, with a big pool in the centre of it all.
The bar and restaurant-edged prom is a short walk away. And you're about 10 minutes' stroll from the famous Tombs of the Kings.

A restful break
Very clean and good food. Staff were very friendly, obliging and helpful. Would most certainly go back. Apartment was sufficiently equipped and had a balcony which suited us as the sun was there in the afternoons. Trees were blooming at this time of year so the gardens were pleasant too.More
Everything is very clean and the food is lovely with much variety!!
The Hotel has a very kind English porter (Jeff) that brings your luggage to the room with a golf car (and it says "Just Married" on the back, and Jeff stated that we were a couple now lol), I give him a A+ (= 10 points = Max) for friendliness. The reception was Ok but I could see that the smiles were not always real, I give the reception 8.5 points, in my opinion the men were more friendly than the women receptionists. The ladies that clean the rooms (have not seen one man do that job, guess it's everywhere the same) was very friendly. The lady that did our room was very friendly and helpful, special thanks to her! It was disappointing to find that WiFi was only working in the lobby unless you paid for it extra. In the room information the prices for WiFi were very high, so we did not buy that (also only for one device). A few days later I noticed much cheaper prices mentioned at the reception (but we had only 3 days left, so didn't bother anymore).More
We stayed here at the end of March. The hotel is lovely and clean, staff friendly. We had a one bedroom self catering apartment but bed and breakfast. Breakfast was excellent, good choice of hot and cold foods, fruit and pastries. Plenty of sun beds by the pool and lawned area looking out to sea. There are a few tavernas 5 minutes from the hotel but the majority are around the harbour area which can be found 30 minutes walk along the coastal path from the hotel, a lovely walk. Tomb of the kings is a 10 minute walk away and worth a visit at 2.50 euros. Only downside is wifi only available in reception, unless you pay for it in your room More
Another Fantastic Stay!!!!
What can i say another fantastic holiday in Paradise! Emailed Elena at the village with a few requests and on arrival had the perfect studio with seaview. Booked the superior and you get free wifi, complimentary bath robes and slippers , fruit and wine all in room with a lovely welcome note as a previous guest. Booked BB as lots of places to eat out then for a few days upgraded to half board. Meals in the hotel were excellent, lots of choice. We stayed 10 nights and room service was amazing. Staff work extremely hard to ensure you enjoy your stay. Grounds are kept immaculate too. All staff were fantastic nothing too much trouble even to the point of finding me a nail salon to fix my broken one. Great lady called Shudi her salon is called Beauty Nail just 2 mins drive as she offered to pick me up and drop me back! Andy Phillips car hire round the corner was great easy to book decent car good service too. Please feel free to email me with any questions. Would not hesitate to go back thank you to all at Kefalos Beach for making it a truly enjoyable and relaxing holiday which was really needed!!More
Love Cyprus ⤠Love the Kefalos
Had to return a second time (previous visit was year before) as found Cyprus enchanting & the Kefalos a fantastic hotel. Stayed All Inclusive once again & found the food served at Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner....varied, tasty & plentiful. A credit to the chefs & kitchen staff. The restaurant is spotlessly clean & always plenty of servers. As part of AI you are entitled to one visit per 7 day stay at the al a carte restaurant. Located close to the beach it's well worth a visit. Bar/serving staff are pleasant although there can be a wait for drinks during peak times (evenings mostly). Plenty of AI drinks choices, bottled water (with meals) draught soft drinks, local alcoholic beverages are all free as are the cocktails, imported soft & alcoholic beverages are chargeable. But I have found this is the norm in All Inclusive establishments. Disappointedly ice slushes had been removed from the AI list but the milkshakes available instead were extremely nice. Entertainment team are amazing & keep guests amused poolside, on the beach & during the evening shows. Little ones are entertained too! One bed apartment was more than adequate. Good size bathroom. Small kitchen area with fridge & kettle even if you're AI. We didn't have a sea view but still had a beautiful outlook on the well tended gardens. Housekeepers work tirelessly to keep rooms clean & service rooms. Towels changed daily, sheets twice weekly. Lockable safe available to rent from reception. TV remote also available on request. Situated on the beach the setting is perfect for couples & families. Plenty of beds poolside & on the beach means you can still find somewhere to base yourself after breakfast. Free pool towels daily. Pool in Summer is pleasant warm temperature....no freezing water here! Indoor pool was much colder than the outdoor in fact. Great location for trips. Short 5-10 mins walk to local shops, bars & restaurants. Nearby mall worth a visit too & the Tomb of the Kings. Paphos harbour is a bit further away on foot or a short taxi ride. Great to visit during the day although can be difficult to navigate in the heat of the day. Better to visit at night when its cooler & bars/restaurants are buzzing with tourists. Trips to recommend are: Over the border into the Turkish side taking in the abandoned town of Famagusta & other landmarks, makes for an interesting & informative daytrip. Also a boat trip to the Blue Lagoon disembarking at Paphos harbour has some breathtaking scenery as well as relaxing swimstops along the way. July & August are incredibly hot....fine if that's what you like but be prepared to generously & regularly slap on the sunscreen. Very easy to burn here in a short space of time particularly new arrivals & young children. Free Wi-Fi in hotel reception but network is generally slow, more so during the evenings when this area is busier. Hotel shop is convenient & well stocked. Prices aren't the cheapest but aren't a rip off either & staff are chatty & sociable. Very popular for weddings & I can see why. Overall this hotel strives hard to please & in the most part succeeds....that's why guests like to return here. Myself included! Trying somewhere else this Summer but I will be back. More
