This is an all-rounder of a place, with swimming pools, a sea-view restaurant and a lively cocktail bar.
This family-owned hotel is in a great spot. It’s less than 10 minutes from a sandy beach, as well as lots of bars and restaurants. Buses outside go to Lindos and Rhodes Town – and there’s even a free one to Faliraki waterpark.
Of the quartet of pools, one has a water feature while another has a little sprinkler for children. A poolside bar serves snacks by day and entertainment by night, while the restaurant does a great line in Greek classics.

Worth a visit
My partner and I recently stayed at Pefkos beach hotel with our two young boys. We booked the family room which was clean, spacious and more then what was expected with fantastic sea views. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, especially the staff at the pool side bar which serves breakfast in the morning. People that go there seem to go back year after year, thats says alot, right? Good value for money, good location, good food, good amenities for children and a pleasant environment all round.More
Amazing place to relax
I stayed in the Studio accommodation. It was basic and clean. (they didn't provide you with washing up liquid or sponge, however you could buy this as the local shop) All the pans and plates, cups ect were clean. Nice outside area to sit and eat. I enjoyed it because it was simple and hassle free. I didnt spend much time in the room, you are able to sit and relax all day by the pool. But the hotel is a short walk to the beach also very lovely. The hotel staff were lovely and extremely helpful. Bar and restaurant staff very friendly and made you feel relaxed and safe. My overall experience here was really good and i would recommend it to family and friends. Its a beautiful escape.More
This was our second visit to Pefkos but our first to this complex. Unfortunately our first impressions were not brilliant. We arrived in the very early hours and were pointed up the hill to where our superior room was located. It had been a long day and the lights were quite dim on the signs showing the room numbers which made locating our room a longer job than needed. After eventually finding our room we checked the fridge thinking that due to the late hour the hotel would have provided at least a small bottle of water - but no. I wouldn't expect something like that during the day but as it was 2am it would have been a nice touch. The first few days were a bit too noisy for my liking, we go in September as most kids/teens should be back in schoo lby then but the constant noise of teens throwing each other in the pool was a little grating. Luckily this settled down towards the end of the first week but there were still children into the second week, obviously being fined is no deterrent. Other than the above and the unbelievable sight of 25 towels on sunbeds one morning with no-one in sight in the first week the location and staff at the hotel were great. The prices for lunches were a little more expensive than in town but sometimes worthwhile for convenience. The superior rooms are a bit of a trek compared to the standard near the pool. If you are thinking of booking here and have any problems with mobility or even prams to push don't book the superior rooms the hill is steep and will cause problems. The lift will help but there is still a bit of an incline beyond it. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom well-appointed. The rooms were cleaned every day but one and sheets and towels changed too. One major plus point is there were mugs! Not just the thimble sized cups which pleased the other half no end. The main pool is a nice size but some of the sunbeds need replacing as the are more like hammocks and they sink in the middle. Pefkos itself has an amazing choice when it comes to restaurants, 40 and counting. If I had to recommend any they would be Kyma (you need to book), Artemis and Pefkos Restaurant on the Beach Road. We tried 11 different restaurants and didn't have a bad meal in any of them. The bus to Lindos is a must as the views from the ruins are amazing. Overall this hotel is in a good location but beware the name is slightly misleading as it isn't on or very near to the beach. The beach is only 5-10 mins down the hill and well worth a try, 2 sun beds with brolly are €8 per day. I recommend the Lee Beach Snack Bar for lunch or there is a small cheap and cheerful one opposite.More

Great place to relax
This was my first visit to Pefkos and to this Hotel and I was not disappointed with either. The staff were very friendly and what really impressed me was that out self catering apartment was cleaned every day and the bed sheets changed daily. The setting of the Hotel is ideal and although the apartments are on different levels in the grounds, there is a lift to help those who might find walking up slopes difficult. I would suggest that if you want an apartment that does not incur walking, you phone the hotel to request. Staff at the poolside bar are very friendly and helpful and the associated restuarants are excellent i.e. Nostalga. Pefkos itself is a relaxing place with a lovely small main beach but it could do with more shops. Restuarants are plenty and of good quality. There are good transport links to Lindos and Rhodes Town with bus fares being very cheap. The only complaint I have is that we arrived at the Hotel at 1am after a long day travelling and there was nothing open in order to buy water or other necessary items. It would have been helpful if every apartment were given basic items such as water and/or milk as I imagine if you had small children, it would be difficult to wait until morning.More
Fabulous... Just One Complaint!
Just returned from an amazing 10 Days stay at Pefkos Beach Hotel. Even though we were not in a room with a sea view, we stayed in room 608 which was just as nice. We had some fantastic views - rooms were basic but very spacious which a huge balcony and very clean, we had clean towels every other day as well as sheets (maid doesn't work Sundays). There's a toaster, kettle, 2 hobs, fridge, little freezer and plates/cups/cutlery for if you went Self Catering like we did. We found that no matter what time you went down to the pool there was always free sun loungers, plus your not allowed to put them on before 7am. The hotel it's self is in a great location it's right on the main road which a bus stop opposite as is the road down to the beach which we went to twice. €8 all day for 2 Sun-beds and an Umbrella. Everything is within walking distance, we had some amazing meals and definitely reckoned Zig Zag for drinks - cocktails are to die for!! We went on a trip through Thomson's called "2 and a half cities" which we'd recommend as it was a fantastic way too see Lindos and Rhodes Old Town. The only down side to our holiday was that you can only keep the room on until 6pm which for us was no good as we were getting picked up at 2am even though there was somewhere to keep our bags and a very clean shower room it was a very long day (Been out the room for 14 hours before even flying). Other than that an amazing holiday. If staying here remember money for: Aircon = €55 a week Safe = €15 a week I think you can buy Wifi but we didn't as it's free from Palms Cocktail Bar all day everyday and free from the Pool Bar after 5pm (when happy hour starts).More
