Pefkos Beach Studios

This is an all-rounder of a place, with swimming pools, a sea-view restaurant and a lively cocktail bar.

This family-owned hotel is in a great spot. It’s less than 10 minutes from a sandy beach, as well as lots of bars and restaurants. Buses outside go to Lindos and Rhodes Town – and there’s even a free one to Faliraki waterpark.

Of the quartet of pools, one has a water feature while another has a little sprinkler for children. A poolside bar serves snacks by day and entertainment by night, while the restaurant does a great line in Greek classics.

Peaceful Pefkos

What a lovely place to stay. Very clean, friendly staff. We were self catering but ate in the hotel a couple of times and they could not do enough for you, very knowledgeable on local foods. However, what we did not realise was that if you go to Rhodes in the half term holiday you really only get half a week. From the Tuesday we were told by our rep that all contracts with activity companies had been cancelled as it was coming to end of the season. Hotels were boarding up their fronts as were the supermarkets, the only one left open was the one belonging to the hotel but shelves looked like a disaster had happened. Thompson didn't mention this when they took our money.......More

Lovely, peaceful winter sun break

We stayed at the Pefkos Beach Hotel from the 11th-25th October 2014. We booked it through Thomson as a last minute deal & upgraded our room to a superior suite. I stayed with my partner & baby (8 months) The hotel is beautifully presented & the staff are all very helpful & friendly. The room was very modern, with a basic kitchen. We ate out most nights so didn't actually do much cooking. The hotel has 3 pools(which were pretty cold, as are all pools in Greece during October) The beach was a 10 minute walk past tavernas & shops. It is lovely & sandy. Suitable for children as it was shallow & gently sloping the further you got in. We had a fabulous time & the weather was just perfect. Although I would not go any later in the season as it gets rainy. The hotel is on a steep slope, as with most hotels in the area. The views are amazing as you are high up. There is a vehicular railway that helps you up the hill if you are feeling tired from a long day at the beach! Lots of fab places to eat in Pefkos too. More

Late Deal in Pefkos Beach Hotel

We booked a late deal with Thomson to Pefkos in October having been in Pefkos in July/August. We stayed in The Pefkos Beach Hotel and everything was absolutely great. The staff were all great, the food in the Nostalgia restaurant was excelent. Adonis and his sons run this hotel so well, nothing ever seems too much trouble for them to deal with.Spiros in the Palm bar and Kostas at the top bar were both very efficient and friendly. The rooms were kept very clean and tidy by the maid. Air Con and Safety Deposit boxes are available if req'd at an additional charge. We would definitely use this hotel again.A big thank you to all the staff.More

Main pool strangely sunken with a unclean film around the water level on the sides, and not suitable for children, staff not friendly. Rooms were modern but not usable without air con due to small windows and lack of draft. The sun loungers were sagging and very tired and often torn. The atmosphere around the main pool was the most grim we have encountered in 30 years of going to Greece. Very disappointing. The staff at reception were helpful.More

Robin C,

Just what we needed xx

Had two fantastic weeks here in October. The room was great. Views looking out to sea and mountains and a sunset each night to gaze at. The hotel was clean and the staff fantastic. As it was end of season it was quiet but thats what we wanted. Family run it also has the palm cocktail bar attached, (very nice), and nostalgia restuarant. The food was always very good at lunch by the pool and Chris always has a smile on his face. It was a just what we needed, a lovely place and great weather. Pefkos is a great place. Good food, bars, beach etc. Miss it. Seasons over now guys, enjoy your rest.More
