The Elba Lanzarote Royal Village Resort delivers on pools, restaurants and big suites. To top it all off, it’s just a 15-minute walk from the beach.
This place has a mini village set-up. The gardens are scattered with white domed buildings, cobbled streets and fountains. When you want to head out, you’re 10 minutes’ stroll from the beach and nearby Playa Blanca.
Suites come as standard here. As such, there’s loads of space – think walk-in, rainfall showers, separate living areas and big terraces.

Lovely resort but food let it down.
The rooms were absolutely lovely and staff were all very pleasant. I have to say the food was ok, but just ok. Would have been nice to see some slightly nicer cooked food, meat was pretty tough most nights. Walk to the beach was a little further than anticipated, as the resort is quite some way back off the front.More
We've just checked out after a wonderful week at the Elba. We read lots of reviews before coming so we thought it best to leave an honest review of our experience. The Rooms The rooms are absolutely lovely. Very modern, own air con that was a god send, cleaned daily and were very comfortable. The Food I really don't know how anyone could complain! Plenty of choice, we always found more than enough to eat and as all inclusive you can literally eat and drink all day! Our little boy (4) can be quite fussy but he ate LOADS! The Pool Absolutely brilliant! There's a kids splash pool with water slides, a main pool, a salt water pool and a smaller pool that has 2 bigger water slides. We always got sun beds - definitely invest in towel clips you can buy from the shop in the hotel as it can be quite windy but we didn't complain as it cooled us down from the glorious sunshine! Yes the water is cold but after being in the sunshine it's lovely to have a dip in a cold pool! Our boy didn't complain once and we had so much fun in the pools! The Entertainment We could not believe how hard the animation team work! They are here all day running activities for kids and grown ups as well as the kids club and mini disco every night! I do have to say how upset my little boy was that on his last night they had changed the daily mini disco to certain days of the week instead! He said all day how much he was looking forward to it! Bring back the mini disco to every day! The team are fantastic and my normally very shy little boy was up dancing every night! The entertainment for grown ups was ok...it did the job and made us smile! There is adults only entertainment too which we heard but didn't see. All in all we have had such a lovely week here. The weather is amazing and we are really grateful to the staff here who made such an effort with our boy (and us). We would recommend a visit to the marina just to break up a day one day - nice restaurants and loads of fish to see! Thank you to the staff at the Elba and we look forward to coming again! More

A good week
Great location. Had a good week here, the resort was well presented, and enjoyed using it as a base to explore. The animation team was brilliant and clearly worked hard. The circus act was great, and Federico and his team did well. Good selection of activities during the day.More
'A Peach M-elba' in Lanzarote...A Cracking Family Resort
A welcoming resort, with excellent facilities. Good selection of food, for the fussy, but it needs a little more variety and mote themed food nights!! Great pools, but for some reason two of the three pools are saltwater and under-used, so if they turned at least one of the additional three pools in to a normal pool, and the temperature was slightly raised, they pool area would be even busier!!! Animation tea were excellent...well done Andra, Goran Frederico, Anet and the team...made adults and children feel very involved and welcome. Good game area of teenagers and overall activities like archery, football, volleyball, shooting etc. The Spa is outstanding and is five star. Victoria (great eyes) and Angelina (great hands) were super and the Spa offered a good range of massage and treatments. It really is a gem in the resort. One area the hotel needs to get more involved with, is supporting non travel agent/non Thomson/Jet2 Holiday clients, who have come independently, offering opportunities for tours and visits as a service by the hotel resort. Some of the agents reluctant to offer opportunities if you did not fly in with them!!!!! A super peach M-elba of a resort and a hidden secret. All inclusive is a must and there is a good broad range of drinks available for all. Free ice cream for all...particularly for an energetic 13 year old! Accommodation has of a high standard especially the Junior Suites, but remember if you book the premier suites, you must have children over 16, otherwise you get down-graded, as I was. Otherwise I would have given this resort a 5 star rating. I don't think a 13 year old would have loud and difficult in the Permier area in the resort, but alas. Well done to all the hotel...Begonia (senior manager)...Gina (Guest relations) and the whole Animation team...met new friends...if the deal is right...we will return.More
