Great location, great hotel
Located a very short walk to the beach, nice little shops with tourist merch and some others either way you walk along the coast. The market is a lovely to visit. The ferry to Fuerteventura wasn't worth a visit in comparison. The main pool has a family friendly vibe, with activities. Sometimes a bit too lively for my taste. Of an evening there was often child friendly live music. Worth going inclusive with a fun range of cocktails. Buffet for morning, noon and evening got a bit tiresome though. More
Great hotel, great location
We stayed here for a week in April and it was pretty fantastic! Really nice hotel, good rooms, amazing food. The rear pool was perfect, usually nice and quiet. Lovely beach just outside the front of the hotel and only a short walk along the promenade to the town, where there are loads of shops, bars and restaurants. No complaints at all, an amazing placeMore

Great stay - shame about the weather!
Lovely hotel, arrived about midday and had to wait a little while to check in even though we paid deluxe. Drinks provided in lobby however and didn't mind the wait. Room was extremely nice and well worth the sea view! Not too noisy from entertainment either if you fancy an early night. Food was excellent and plenty on offer. Lots of Fish and a pizza making station! Entertainment was slightly above average, the Brazilian dancers were unbelievable and the motown tribute was excellent. As usual the 'sunbed reservations' was a nightmare. staff would only occasionally pick abandoned towels up therefore unless you were up at 7am it proved difficult to get a sunbed. Especially paying deluxe you expect a sunlounger in the deluxe part of the pool area. The gym was well equipped and had A/C Overall a great stay however somebody needs to pass a law banning sun lounger reservation!More

Wellness Centre and general
If you require a massage at the Wellness Centre ask for Laura. I have just returned from another stay at the hotel and a holiday treat is a massage. Laura was excellent and did wonders. First rate. On a general note the hotel lived up to expectations and I would certainly recommend that you sign up to their rewards scheme if you are a frequent visitor.More
We have had a lovely 10 day stay in this hotel. The staff were all helpful particularly Guilianna and Israel at guest services, they helped us to book trips, get taxis and bus times for public transport. They arranged our Catolanza catamaran trip with a big up right outside the hotel. The delux wifi reading room is excellent with extended breakfast buffet till 12 midday perfect for lazy holiday mornings or elevens. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to the beach, marina and a short walk to the central area of town. We mainly ate in the delux restaurant where the choice of food was good. You choose from the raw meat or fish and the chef grills it to your liking in front of you. There is also the option to choose your own pizza or pasta on an evening, crepes and omlets in a morning. My only criticism would be that as I had payed extra for the delux package then the restaurant with the outside terrace would have been my choice. The staffwere very friendly, one waitress with short blonde hair smiles continuously and its infectious. Saleem was our main evening waiter and was efficient. I have mobility problems and found some areas of the hotel not accessible friendly. There was a small step into the toilet in our room 1179, also the delux restaurant is downstairs and many of the public toilets have steps inside. The lifts are only just big enough for a small wheelchair I would think it difficult or impossible to usea mobility scooter or electric wheelchair in them. Our balcony was overlooking trees so obscureing the sea view but it wasotherwise nice and quite and in the shade all afternoon making it very comfortable to sit and read on. The spa was included on our booking as we booked last year its now an optional extra but the hotel honoured our original booking and this was a great area for when it was too hot outside, the lane swimming pool being just a little cooler making it more pleasant. We had a couple of problems with our safe that were sorted within minutes of reporting them as were the leaking air conditioner, I also mentioned the shower spilt water over the bath so the very next day it was all resealed. A rail to dry swimwear would have been appreciated in the rooms. The evening entertainment was varied and good standar. Sadley the inside showroom was not utilised possibly due to the heat, To improve the quality I would suggest improving the air conditioning in the showroom so you could see and hear shows such as the flamenco dancers as outsidethe umbrells spoil the view and you can not hear the footwork due to people talking. Its ok for bands but I think singers would struggle outside. Overall I would suggest this is a good hotel requiring just a little refurbishment with accessability in the lifts, toilets and improving in room baths and showers.More
