As well as having four restaurants, four bars and a coffee shop, H10 Las Palmeras has bagged a winning spot right next to the sea.
The H10 Las Palmeras is just metres away from a long sandy beach. There are loads of bars, pubs and restaurants right on the doorstep, and the Siam Park waterpark is less than 10 minutes’ drive away.
The hotel is fresh and modern throughout. This includes the bedrooms – they’ve been given a nautical look with blue-and-white-striped décor.

We stayed here with another family who had the worst check in ever e.g the room wasn't ready on arrival then finally put in a tiny room with no space for a cot. We however had an apartment in the quite part at the end of the hotel, perfect for going to the pool or the dinner hall. That's the positives now for the negatives, the food isn't great same old slop every night what a rip off paying all inclusive not happy when I can't get a decent meal in the evening. The bar at the top near the reception has a miserable rude barman who I presume is the top barman, im sure he called me something in Spanish to his acquaintance the arrogant man! The last negative is the no fun in the pool e.g no lilos at all (how weird for a holiday) no throwing my baby girl up in the air in the pool just in case I hurt her back. What a load of rubbish!! So you can sunbathe or do lengths of the pool it's like being back at school. So for me and my family and whoever asks me about this hotel it's a no from me.More
Great holiday hotel
My wife and I checked in to the H10 hotel Las Palmeras on 31st July and as I write this review we are still enjoying this great hotel. From the moment we arrived the staff have been very friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean. We are staying half board and have the option of substituting lunch for dinner on any day we prefer. The food is top class, very tasty and there is plenty of variety. There are 4 bars throughout the hotel with plenty of staff so you are never waiting more that a couple of minutes for a drink. There are 2 large pools of different depths plus 2 small children's pools. Daily activities should you like to take part, but if you don't, that's no problem. Very high standard of evening entertainment with everything from acrobatic shows to magicians. All in all, good value for money and a very easy hotel to give full marks to.More

Nice hotel, but overcrowded
We stayed here for 11 nights at the end of July. We booked a sea/pool view room and were given a room on the 8th floor, which was well worth the extra money we paid. Our room was small but well presented and large enough for 2 people. This included a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The pool area was quite large, with well maintained gardens, a nice bar and seating area. There were activities throughout the day, for anyone who wanted to join in, as well as tennis courts and a football area at the back. The location of the hotel is perfect, only a 10 minute walk to the main restaurants/Hard Rock Cafe and are straight onto the sea front from the back of the hotel. However, the hotel lacks enough facilities for the amount of guests it has. It only has 4 small lifts, which can mean you are often waiting 5 minutes for a lift, especially if you are on a higher floor. The reception is understaffed and there is no real queuing system, so you could end up waiting for 20-30 minutes for a simple query. The gym is small, with 2 exercise bikes, 1 cross trainer and 1 treadmill. It also has a cable machine for weights, but no free weights. At breakfast, I would advise to go around 8am. At around 9am, there is simply too many guests in one area and it becomes chaotic. I cannot comment on the dinner as we ate out every night. The hotel has a policy of not reserving sunbeds, which is not enforced. People start queuing around 7:45 for the pool opening at 8:15, and would run to reserve the best sunbeds before heading to breakfast. However, there was still enough sunbeds around 9-10am each day (not near the pool), but you may struggle after this. Overall, this hotel has the potential to be really good, but lacks enough facilities to cater to all its guests. I would recommend H10 Big Sur in Los Cristianos, which offered the same facilities but with less guests. More
We arrived late at night, check in was speedy and we were given a room and told if it was not suitable for us to go back to them. When we got to the room it was on the ground floor over looking the bars which were very noisy. We went down to the reception and told there would be a beautiful room waiting for us the next day. The next room was on the 7th floor with an amazing view, we couldn't fault it. The food was very nice, me and my partner are very fussy eaters, but always found there was more than enough option for us, and the deserts were fab. The entertainment during the day was brilliant and the man doing it always made my boyfriend feel very welcome to joining in, which he joined in with most of the activities every day, making his holiday as he loves to keep active while I relax around the pool. We are late sleepers so didn't go to the pool until roughly 10,10.30 on a morning and always managed to get a sun lounger, as they are all piled up and we took one to the same spot near the pool every day. All staff are very helpful and will do everything to try and accommodate to everyone, even when people are being very rude to them as I witnessed. The hotel is absolutely amazing and we are already looking to return next year.More
