Exceeded our expectations

Just spent 10 nights here with my boyfriend and daughter of 10 years old. The place was fantastic from arrival to departure. We arrived at 1 am and a selection of foods had been kept aside for us and on departure we were told to make use of our all inclusive until our pick up mid afternoon ( all inclusive on departure is due to finish mid-day). All staff members were very friendly and nothing was to much for them. The activity staff were very good at getting everyone involved in activities, which were many throughout each day, apart from a Sunday when there is only evening entertainment. Only thing we recommended to the activity staff was that evening entertainment was not long enough only being max of an hour a night. I was informed that in high season it was on longer. The food was great and a good selection with different themes each night. Even my fussy daughter found plenty to choose from. Bar staff were fantastic and there cocktail skills great, I highly recommend their mojitos and piña coladas. Also they do not miss the children out and have mock tails for them too. The whole resort was spotless I could not fault the cleanliness of the place our room was done nearly daily with one or two days not being done. We were in room 156. Although we didn't have the sun beds as we were a first floor apartment this wasn't really an issue as there are plenty around the pool ( you just need to be there early and get your towel down). We did have a balcony and two very large double rooms and huge living space, the apartment was bigger than my 2bed flat :-) We will defiantly be returning and would highly recommend this resort.More

Great for families

We went to this resort in April 2014. As we were a family of 7 (2 grandparents, 2 parents and 3 children), we took two 2 bed bungalows. We did ask for them to be together but they were unfortunately unable to assist. They did however offer us 2 a short distance from each other. The complex is very family orientated and suited us very well with 2 separate pool areas all very clean and with a lifeguard on duty. There was children’s entertainment by way of a children’s club and mini discos in the evening. We were able to get sunbeds without problem even though there were 7 of us. The restaurant was very nice with a good choice of food, themed evenings etc. We went all inclusive which was fairly new to the complex and so the choice of drinks and ice cream etc for the children was limited – however we understand that this is under review. The bungalows themselves were clean and tidy and well equipped for self - catering with fridge, cooker etc. and with maid service on 5 of the 7 days we were there - so towels were not changed and the beds were not made on the Sunday or Wednesday. There was a good sized TV which had a limited number of English channels – just enough as we were not there to watch TV all day! Our main criticism concerned the nightclub / entertainment area which was situated at basement level under the reception area. It was very small, claustrophobic, hot and smelly from the toilets. In fact it was so bad that we abandoned it altogether and went to other nearby hotels to watch evening entertainment. Although this meant we had to pay for our drinks again, it was well worth it. The complex is in a great location being a short walk from the beach, shops restaurants etc. The weather was great whilst we were there being mainly sunny with an average temperature of around 22 – 24 degrees. All in all a brilliant holiday – the children loved it!More

Best holiday in four years

just got back from a holiday In mid march we were a party of 11 we stayed for a week all inclusive. On arrival we we upgraded to a two bed we stayed in room 49 the room was perfect for our family of four cot provide big beds self contained kitchin. Bathroom is on small side but not a big issue. This room doesnt get much sun during the day but wasnt a problem for us. Site had two lovely sized pools and a little pool for young children. Nice playing area for kids which is enclosed ideal because near pool, resturant served fab breakfast with plenty off choice with refreshments lunch wasnt bad dinner on the other hand could of been hotter at one point i picked up frozen courgettes. Other than that it had a selection of different meal themes during the week. Being all inclusive was a bonus when you have kids slush puppies galore, an achololic drinks throughout the day. waiting staff did a brill job serving us english croud. very well mannered all members of staff stood out with there hospitality even the cleaners to the friendly reception staff very plessant man on duty through our stay nothing was too much hassel. We did ventre out plenty of shopping areas beach just round the corner and lots of places to see we did go to monkey world which was bout 20€ in a taxi it only cost 10€ to get in with kids being 5€ very enjoyable for the money spent. Last thing was the entertainment at night very poor but this time of year is quiet for them . We were the only ones left everyone seemed to be in bed early. Overall great stay and would defo come back. More

Great place for families

This is a great place to stay for a week or two in Tenerife. The bungalows are perfect for a family. We did not do the all inclusive as we like to go out to dinner different places each night. We did do the breakfast package and it was fantastic! It is conveniently located - walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants, etc. We only have a few complaints - they are very difficult to locate if you are driving yourself as we were. Drove past it three times till someone pointed it out to us. Also, we had to call and ask for bath towels a few times, and no one told us we could get beach towels (with a refundable deposit), so we bought some. Otherwise, it was fantastic!More

Returned once again

Returned last night from a week here. We had bungalow 73 which was next to the pool. Was a little noisy with the kids but was ok. We had a 2 bedroom bungalow which was spacious with a small bathroom. Would have suited a family with a baby & children aged 4 to 11. There was a high chair & changing baby unit. In the bedroom there was a comfy bed with a tv & a play station & a desk with a chair & a bean bag perfect. The tv had 4 film channels 4 music channels & 2 news channel & a few cartoons for the youngsters perfect family bungalow. The beds were comfy & the pillows too. You get the sun here from morning until 4 pm. Food was ok as I enjoyed the breakfast best, plenty to choose from. The dinners were ok but as I am not a lover of Mediterranean food the pork for me was beautiful but to have it 7 nights is too much the restaraunt was spotless & well run & the staff cheerful. Bungalow 60 had the sun on the terrace all day so would be a good chose, If you book direct you can choose the bungalow you want & you can txt them to say you have landed so it will be ready for you. Good idea. Would go back again & would recommend this complex to family's & couples.More
