RIght, before I start this review, let's clear 1 thing up. Dodgy weather is not a reason to make down a hotel in the review. Sweet Parque Cristobal - we have been to Tenerife now 7 times and stayed in Parque Santiago 3, Best Tenerife, Bitacora and Tenerife Royal Gardens. This one beats them easy, to sort this under headings where people can make sense of instead of reading the whole review and making head nor tale of it, I'd say this: Bungalows - The Bungalows are the dogs bullox, they have plenty of space to hang the old flowery shirts in and the wee tray to hit the bar with is just the job. Wee bit of space outside too to sit in the evening. Shorts on, flip flops, feet up - sorted Food - Tremendous, As its a relatively small place, they can tailor the food a bit, I must say it was right and nice and you got something different nearly every night. Drink - Why go abroad and not drink the local drink ? People moan because they cant get Carlsberg or whatever - wise up, get the Spanish stuff into you. The lads there sorted out nice cocktails too so long as you attempt a bit of the old lingo. They get a laugh if nothing else Facilities - Sure there was enough for what we needed. The pools may not have been massive, but how much rom do you need to dunk yourself into clear the head or play with the kids ? Entertainment - Bit random, but grand I suppose, In saying that, as it was indoor we didn't bother most nights. Location - Just remember, when you come out, go left. Stick to that you'll be grand and the location is sound as a pound. Siam Park - Great having the free pass for that. Good spot that. Wee tip though, I'd get a taxi up there you're not going every day. Its about 4 or 5 euro, and when you get there its empty, you can get a bed at the front of the wave pool and you don't queue like a wally for a locker. Oh and just hide your food under the towel in yer bag and you're laughing. Tower of Power was mad. Some laugh.More

Good hotel for families travelling together
We stayed there for two weeks in the beginning of July. Our group was two families with kids so it was a pleasant surprise that we were located in bungalows very close to each other. As we had small children this was an ideal setup as they could run around between the two bungalows and the parent didn't have to worry so much. The whole area is closed so there was no worries about letting the older children wonder openly around the area. There were two swimming pool and one with a waterslide. The one with the waterslide was not heated like the other one but could be good especially for the very young children. The lunch was mediocre but we did not try the breakfast buffet as we prepared breakfast ourselves in the Bungalows. But there was large selection of restaurants around the area. The children's club was not exciting so we did not take part in that. The mini-disco was out in the open and on the soccer field but would have been good to have it located inside on a stage also on the soccer field there was no seating area for the parents to watch their kids dance. So it was very strange to take part in it in while the sun was still shining. But overall we were satisfied with the hotel and would go back if we were travelling again with another family.More

Great location, hotel poor for entertainment
18th-25th Nov 2014 We arrived late afternoon and was able to eat hot food which was great. The rooms are very basic, single beds pushed together, bathrooms need updating as rust is visible. Food is ok, something for everyone. Not great for entertainment (there was none) , we spent most of our evenings in the Irish bar opposite the hotel, they have a singer every night and the atmosphere is fantastic.More

We just stayed here for 10 days and I have to say we were far from disappointed. The bungalows were fantastic and clean and the housekeeping staff were brilliant. The food was fantastic there was always a vast selection for everyone and the staff cannot do enough for you especially Carlos who made our stay fantastic and the bar staff were great. Entertainment was good and we always managed to get loungers by the pool. If you venture out for a meal then you have to try the "House" restaurant , the food was to die for and it was only 400 yards up the road. All in all we would go back in a heartbeat. Our whole stay was amazing so a big thankyou to Carlos and the gang you were amazing guys :))))))))))More
