Everything OK

just finished our 9 day holiday in Americas. The hotel is in a good location in the middle of everything. We had a superior bungalow and everything was OK! Our bungalow number was 127, not a sunny bungalow and a lot of traffic went by our terrace, so that was not very nice. The bungalow is a bit dark in colours and looks a bit tired. But all you need is in the kitchen. A lot of TV channels, even a Finnish one. Did not try the restaurant, so cannot say anything about it. A lot of good restaurants nearby. The weather was awful!More

Relaxing Break

Stayed here half board with my husband at the end of January. Felt a little like the odd ones out as the resort was mainly occupied by families, but had a great week. Bungalow (110) was a good size, well equipped, spotlessly clean and felt like a home from home. The TV even has a couple of English movie channels if you feel like a night in. The beds are two singles pushed together, but were really comfortable. The cleaners do a great job and keep the place imaculate. Entertainment is literally on your doorstep, but the resort itself is quiet and feels very safe. WiFi was really good in reception and at he dining room\pool area, but only worked sporadically in the bungalow. The food was varied and good quality, the house wine was perfectly drinkable, and it"s very reasonably priced. Breakfast was a real treat, loved the pancakes, although it would have been nice to have freshly squeezed orange juice instead of from a machine, but that is a very minor quibble. The staff were all so pleasant and helpful, and were happy to chat. Any requests were dealt with immediately. I would defiantly look at returning here as the location, service and food are all ideal for us.More

Great location, staff and food

Stayed here for two weeks. The resort had no faults that we could think of. The food was fantastic, the accommodation was clean and spacious, location was perfect just a 2 min walk from the beach and the staff were faultless. The restaurant staff made huge efforts with my 9 month old, Jose and Claudio were the stars in there, always going the extra mile. Jeffrey and Thersa from the events team always made you feel comfortable and welcome. Only a 25 mins journey on a coach to the airport, would be quicker with a car We will be backMore

Fab Accommodation!

We stayed here over Christmas 2014. Couldnt really fault the place, accommodation is bungalows so no stairs to drag suitcases up and down. Plenty space inside and each has its own little terrace with table, chairs and sun loungers. Pools were great when the heating was on - freezing without! One massive gripe i had - which i brought up with reception - was the towels on sunbeds!!! We passed at midnight one night and all the beds were piled up with no towels in sight - before 7am the next morning every single bed that was in the sun before 11am was covered by towels. It does say that people should not do this and the hotel does not enforce it - reception advised that i speak to the lifeguard and he would get me a bed - that was not the issue, there were plenty available beds, but they were all in the shade until almost lunchtime. I would definitely return here - we were self catering so did not try the food but there is more than enough choice within a few minutes walk Drinks at the bar for people not on all inclusive were VERY expensiveMore

Great Stay!

Myself, my partner and our friend stayed here in July 2014. We went for a 10 night stay and this was our first holiday by ourselves. There was transportation included in our holiday package but we decided to get a cab. The fair wasn't bad for the distance we traveled and the hotel was situated in between shops. The staff were very pleasant people and helped us with everything we needed. We were then given a key to our bungalow and shown which number was ours. We found it easily and went in. They were clean and tidy, but our fans weren't working properly and so the bungalow was extremely hot. The all you can eat buffet was perfect and theme nights were thoroughly thought out, allowing people to try a variety of foods from other countries whilst still having a range of English foods for those who didn't want to eat the themed foods. Transportation to activities was simple and easy. Transportation to the Siam park was near another hotel but was a 5-10 minute walk from this hotel. The beach was about a 5-10 minute walk away as well. All in all, our stay was perfect and I would definitely come back again!More
