I can't praise this hotel enough. The staff bend over backwards to help and assist you and always with a smile. The rooms are immaculately clean, as is the rest of the hotel. There are tea/coffee making facilities in the room, a fridge which is replenished every three days plus a hairdryer in the bathroom. Lots of wardrobe and storage space and free wifi. This is also an adults only hotel. It gets busy, during the evening's entertainment, and if you are looking for a chair, a member of staff rushes to find one for you. Kostos (I can't pronounce his full name) the Restaurant and Bar Manager is a lovely, cuddly, man and his main concern is for your enjoyment and comfort. He manages his staff in a lovely friendly manner and they respond accordingly. He is an asset to this hotel. The hotel overlooks the beach and although it has three pools, you can also enjoy the sun loungers on the beach. The hotel is only a 15 minute walk to Rhodes Old town which is well worth a visit, where apart from the amazing historical buildings, you will also find the markets. A trip to the beautiful village of Lindos, on the bus is 5.50 Euros, one way and well worth it. There is also a lovely coastal walk just outside the hotel which is a must. What more can I say, except I wouldn't hesitate to return to this hotel or to recommend it to any of my friends. Thank you to all the staff for making our break so very enjoyable.More
Best Holiday for a long time
On arrival we were greeted with a glass of champagne and a rose for the ladies..our luggage was labelled and was taken to our room while we collected our keys. We were given a brief tour of the facilities . The hotel and all rooms were spotless, the bathrooms modern and immaculate. Coffee /tea making facilities a fridge with mini bar, a safe and towels for the beach/pool ALL provided for FREE. The food was amazing..lots of choice and and re filled very quickly. everything available that you needed. The dining staff were wonderful, especially Dora, who found a table and served your drinks effortlessly. Everyone was so friendly and efficient, happy and smiling. We had one a la carte meal which was very good and included in the package. The entertainment was excellent, only downside was that it was hard to get a table to watch the acts..it is a peculiar shaped room with lots of pillars blocking the view, but staff brought in tables and chairs fro the outside patio..the bar staff ( especially Chriss/ Glykeria) worked their socks off and every evening was brilliant..there was out side entertainment in the other bar but it was a bit cold to sit out there ( early May). All in all I cant recommend this hotel and its staff highly enough..I truly did not want to leave, the best and happiest holiday I have had in a long while ( and we are lucky enough to go away several times a year). Thank you Hotel HorizonMore

Such a nice place.
This has been one of the best hotels that we have stayed in, there was a few extra touches that made it that extra bit special, On arrival there was a flower for the ladies and Cava for everyone, sweets on the pillow with beer and soft drinks in the fridge (FOC). The only thing that went against it was the size of the dining room in relation to the number of guests but this wasn't such a big thing when you take the hotel overall. Pleasant staff, nice food, plenty to drink including cocktails and the al la carte restaurant (4 course) was another nice touch.More
