Needs lots of improvement!
I stayed here last Sept with my two sons hotel is in a great location, five mins from the main strip and near the choice of two beaches I was all inclusive and was very disappointed at food as it was never warm! Staff were great except the hotel rep Dean as somebody else has mentioned is very rude and can not be bothered with anybody! Either to hungover or rushing away. Rooms were cleaned daily but very dated one shady socket for tv and only one other in bathroom next to a sink not very safe for charging phones. Entertainment staff were great but think turning the lights out at twelve is a joke as you can't see anything a lot of older people struggled with this.More
Loved the holiday
Me my husband 3 children my mother brother and his girlfriend went here mid September it was amazing when I read the reviews we all was dreading the holiday but I don't know how people can say any bad especially for the price the food was very good nice variety and plenty of it the entertainment team where outstanding especially Alberto they all made our holiday even the lifeguards and security . staff was very helpful land kind the only bad I had to say was the rep was very rude if you asked him question he was rude and couldn't be bothered to talk to you tidy seemed like he either alway had a hang over I just isn't a morning person but we didn't need him there was plenty more people we could ask we are def going back next September and would be very gutted if Alberto an the rest of entertainment staff wasn't there thanks for a fab holidayMore
Bombon and Laura amazing and of course margarita
We stayed here 10/06/14 -24/06/14 our 2nd time back and we had the most amazing holiday again thanks to bonbom and Laura ... Bonbom keeps us coming back there are a few downsides to the hotel I.e broken or loose tiles in baby pool but hopefully it will be repaired in time for next year and a few rude staff but they had some rude Russians to deal with so understandable but we will be back for 3rd time it's like a home from home and have made a few good friends Laura bonbom margarita and Paco .... See u next year villa dorada xxxMore
Vicci 2013 :) :),
My husband and I have just returned after spending 10 at the Villa Dorada, we had a lovely time, no complaints, the hotel, staff and weather couldn't have been better! The food was lovely, the only minor problem is the tea at breakfast, no hot water, couldn't understand this cos the tea in the bar was fine. Salou was great, and the weather superb. Will definitely be returning to Salou and this hotel.More

We came as a family of 8 for 10 nights, the staff are what made our holiday, got to give a shout out to roxy in the restaurant she was an absolute star always set up our table for us including the booster seat for my twin girls!! We would go back again just to see her, also Bon Bon was great too. There is some downsides to the hotel I.e the tiles in the childrens pool need fixing and I think the hotel lacked entertainment i guess it was as it was towards the end of the season but that's no excuse as we pay for the same hotel as people do in June/july, the pool bar wasn't open either The lifts are also very small so occasionally had to split up are group with half going up four floors of the stairs The hotel is ideally placed close to 4 nice beaches and main strip just down the road, there are some amazing fountains close by which are gorgeous This was a great first holiday for my 2 year old twins weather was lush and hotel was nice, would I go back?? I'm not one for going back to the same hotel but I would come back but mainly because of the staff.More
