Las Ramblas in construction

I do not recommend staying in any Hotel in Las Ramblas. There is a lot of construction, it is noisy, dusty and the traffic is really bad. We were staying at a hotel next to the Boqueria and we had to haul our luggage over 10 minutes to our hotel because access to the Las Ramblas was blocked. I wished I had known about it before hand, I would have not reserve the hotel I did. Check before you come!!!...

Lovely walk amongst the trees, so many shop, so many things to see. Only negative is the street vendors and homeless pestering you as you walk....

Self walking around La Ramblas

This section is very busy with people and outdoor restaurants the atmosphere is good. You need to visit the food markets towards the end of La Ramblas. It is busy but worth it and the fruit is so tasty. It us also a short walk from there to the Gothic section...

It's still one of the most romantic places to be. When sunny - nice to walk. There are not many restaurants similar, but the culture is there. Barcelona is its best!...

much to do, it is almost like a giant fair. Many people, many things to see. Great Architecture, this is something you do in Barcelona....
