The main pool is heated during the winter months. There's plenty of sunbeds and parasols dotted around, too.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all covered between the two buffet restaurants. The main restaurant offers show cooking and Canarian dishes, while the Barbacoa gives you the chance to have a buffet lunch with a sea view. Just so you know, gents are asked to wear full-length trousers for dinner.
This kids' club runs all year round and has a Monkey Camp for children aged 4 to 7 years, Dolphin Camp for 8 to 12 years, and an Eagle camp for the older 13 to 17 year olds.
These rooms are known as 'Star Prestige' rooms. This means you'll have access to an over-16s roof terrace with a sea view, Bali beds, loungers and whirlpool baths. You'll also be able to use the bar and lounge, which serves up drinks and snacks from 10am to 6pm.
