we had a great, safe, weeks stay here. Kids loved every minute. The entertainment staff were great and made the stay. Having all the options with the pools was lovely, we would often moved from one to another after lunch and still be able to get a sun bed. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here in July as a family of 5 including 3 children of varying ages. On arrival we was booked in quickly and are luggage stored to allow us to grab some food before the restaurant closed. The room - we have a large room made up of a double bed (2 beds pushed together) and a sofa bed that converted into bunk beds which allowed for my 3 kids to sleep on. They did love the bunk beds. The hotel is large so some walking is needed to get to rooms and to elevators but not an issue for us. The food - the restaurant looks lovely and the layout works well. We aren't fussy eaters so always find something to eat where ever we go. However I'd say this hotel offers a rather limited selection and quite underwhelming food. Breakfast probably being the best meal of the day. The kids liked the milkshakes in the fridge. We always found something to eat but I'd say if you was fussy you'll struggle. The italian section is handy cos who doesnt like pasta and pizza. The pool - the main pool is a decent size and has the added benefit of a swim up bar. Never had an issue finding a sunbed. There were little water fountains on the side of the pool that the kids thought were great (simple things). You can also use the pool with all the water slides and water park for little kids. This is great and the kids loved the slides. Really added to the holiday having it available. Pool bars - there are numerous pool bars and service was always good and quick. Food can be found near the water parks and is the usual burgers, chips, hotdogs, pizza etc which was always good after a day of sun and swimming. Entertainment - they have a mini disco as standard on an evening but one night they had a funfair with activities for the kids, loads to do, pony rides, bouncy castles, bucking bronco etc the kids loved it. They also have a bouncy castle on a daily basis set up. They also have a soft play area for the kids to attend. The highlight of the hotel is the ice cream bar where they offer ice lollies Magnums, soleros, etc through the day. As you can imagine the kids loved this and took full advantage of it. Overall we enjoyed our trip here. They helped us with organising a taxi for the airport when we left very early in the morning.

Strange to be writing my review almost a year after our holiday at Hotel Evenia Olympic Park but I thought I had already but can't seem to find it, so writing again. We stayed here for 7 nights in June 2019. Myself, my fiancee and our little boy who was 3 years old and our baby girl who 9 months old. Anyone with small children will know the struggle a holiday can be, so we chose this hotel based on the reviews from other families...we made the right choice. We were all inclusive to make life easier, whilst it isn't fine dining and michellin star cookery, it was more than adequate for us and our kids and always plenty of choice. The snack bar by the kids pool was better for lunch than the actual restaurant, it catered better for our needs and the Spanish roast chicken was very tasty indeed. You could pour your own drinks as and when you wanted and although it was local drinks and not big brands they were fine! Great that you could get branded ice lollies and cornettos etc from 10am till around 4pm for free! The beer was estrella which I like any way and the soft drinks were fanta, coke and 7up I think. The pools were fantastic, the kids loved them... especially the kids pool with the slides! The staff where very helpful and polite, and the cleaners did a great job both in the room and around the hotel. The rooms are a bit on the small side but we didn't spend much time in them so it didn't really matter to us. Walls are a bit thin if you get next to a noisy family in can be a tad annoying. Biggest issue was the lifts. They only had 3 lifts which were very small for the size of the hotel which meant we sometimes waited about 15 minutes for a lift during feeding times... not ideal with children and prams, especially on the higher floors. This issue needs to be addressed and more or bigger lifts required. Location wise the hotel is in a quiet area on the outskirts, about 15 minutes walk from the centre and 20 from the beach, but the hotel was very well catered so that was fine for us. The kids club is good, pools are good, food OK, snack good... entertainment hit and miss at night. If you wanted to buy food or snacks etc there's a supermarket over the road which was handy. All in all it was a good holiday and I would return.
