Third stays a charm

I have stayed at the Arlo Nomad a total of three separate times and each time I am more impressed. Not only do the staff make note of my likes for my room, they make me feel appreciated. This was the perfect location during my stay for September NYFW. I almost forgot the U.S. Open was going on at the same time because the staff kept everything running smoothly, as usual. I cant wait to come back....

Lovely hotel in a great location that is close to the Empire State Building. We were on the 26th floor and had a great view of ESB and Vanderbilt. Staff were friendly and helpful from my emails prior to my visit and throughout our stay.
We came to New York as a surprise for my daughters 21st birthday and the hotel helped me to make it extra special with balloons, Prosecco and macarons in the room on our arrival. ...

We stayed here whilst staying in NY over Christmas. From the time we arrived until we left, the staff were so Friendly,helpful and always acknowledge us when going out and coming in. Brianna, Jemilia and a man I have forgotten his name but such a credit to your hotel.
