    clean complete verification Program disappointing

    I stayed with my husband for 4 days. The program “clean complete verification” which talks about hygiene and safety is not properly implemented during COVID-19 pandemia. They offer buffet for breakfast, but they don’t manage reservation, so the restaurant was full and food is not covered, people walked between the tables without face mask, so if one guest was infected but asymptomatic ¡every guest could be infected! The beach area that the hotel mention as a private beach area was very dirty for 1.5 days, we saw tree trunks with nails, many big plastic bottles and containers, dead fish, so we couldn’t walking on sand nor swimming in the area. A positive thing: The staff was very nice and helpful.
    Perfect Resort for Anniversary

    First of all the resort is beautiful and the staff was wonderful. The view from our 7th floor Club Suite was stunning! It overlooked the pools and ocean. Each of the restaurants offered a wonderful menu of perfectly prepared food. All of the staff members were extremely polite and ready to be of service in anyway. My husband and I would like to thank Benjamin for the wonderful fresh coffee each morning. Mary in the salon is amazing! I am so pleased that we chose this resort to celebrate our 48th wedding anniversary!!
    Birthday visit disappointing

    This property is older and the ambiance is very typical and needs some warmth. The staff was very nice and helpful so keep up the great hospitality. The air conditioning was very loud like in an older hotel. This structure was the Camino real and has been renovated cosmetically. I couldn’t use my jacuzzi because it smelled like bleach really bad when I filled it up twice. Also there was sand in my bed! I took a shower so it wasn’t mine. So maybe housekeeping should be spoken to. The food was average and nothing special. The pool was beautiful and clean. Pool service was excellent as well as the bartenders. So there was good and bad.

    I stayed with family at Dreams Villamagna for a week. Weather was great, resort was great and resort staff were amazing. They make you feel at home while having a great time enjoying the beautiful beaches and pools. All staff were amazing. However, the following individuals truly went above and beyond to help us any way they could to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. Paola Hostess Jose waiter Felipe bartender Gerardo Pool waiter Veronica Pool waiter Overall the experience was great. Resort was a bit smaller than I thought but at the end it was well worth it.

    My wife and I booked through Expedia for our honeymoon and many things were closed due to COVID but the Dreams was thankfully still open and at 30% capacity which made us comfortable to still go. The stay was absolutely amazing due to the wonderful service we received our entire time, but specifically from the entertainment team with Alex and Julia leading the way! They made the trip so much fun and we would definitely consider going back to stay at Dreams for our next vacation. The food quality was just average, but like previously mentioned. the overall service was unbeatable as well as how seriously they took precautions for COVID! We had a room with a partial ocean view and it was beautiful! Very spacious and the view was gorgeous!
