Go kayaking around Sveti Nikola
For a couple of euros you can charter a water taxi from Budva harbour to Sveti Nikola. This small island, dubbed Hawaii for its turquoise sea and sandy beaches, is a lot quieter than the mainland, and the snorkelling here is top-notch. You can kayak around its coastline to find secluded sandy stretches huddled at the foot of sheer cliffs, or explore the interior where roe deer and rabbits run wild.
