Atrion Resort Hotel & Apartments

The food was terrible, looked like pre cooked, frozen food from supermarket. All inclusive prepaid meal but not even water included. Staff very willing but not enough for the necessary cleaning and service.

We stayed here for 7 nights. Our room had garden and pool view(very nice). The room was freshly renovated and everything was clean. The only thing that made me give the "average " note was the breakfast: not so many options and because of Covid19 it wasn't that easy to order. The food was put on 2 tables and from a safe distance you should tell to a member of staff what you want. We felt judged when we asked for another portion or when we asked that the food and dessert to be put on different plates. Also, the waiting line was not organised and conflicts between clients often appeared. Overall, the hotel is very nice and the staff is friendly but the breakfast is not worth the money.

Upon arrival the relaxed feeling was evident from the start of the holiday. Reception staff were efficient and quickly dealt with checking us into our room. The room was exceptionally clean and was throughout our 2 week stay. The pictures on the website portray the room perfectly, no Photoshop here. Shower was the hottest or coolest we have experienced anywhere on our travels. Air conditioning was spot on and not loud at all, which most have been. Pool area was immaculate and did not find the usual broken tile anywhere. Water was crystal clear and just the right temperature. (At 25m long would note the pool depth was nearly 3m at the deep end and 1.5m in the shallow with the small person section too deep for very small children). Complex as a whole was very well maintained, groomed to perfection and extremely clean. Now for the staff, special mention must go to Georgia, Eri, Kostantitos and all the bar staff who made our stay the most welcoming especially at "Beer O'clock". Anna in the restaurant who made a special effort every day but stepped up on our daughters 18th birthday with reserving a table and fresh red roses complimented with a special birthday cake. I cannot recommend this place enough. Yannis, the Hotel Manager and exceptional hospitality host, you sir have a great team fronted by a great leader. Hats off to all of you, we would love to return one day.
