    Offering a mix of sports activities and relaxation, the Hotel Presidente provides the perfect family-friendly getaway.

    From an outdoor pool decked with sunloungers to a fully equipped gym and bubbling hot tub, this hotel has plenty to keep adults and kids entertained. There's a buffet restaurant and snack bar offering local and international cuisine. For evening entertainment, visit the cosy lounge bar to listen to live music.

    The hotel is right in the centre of bustling Benidorm. Sight-seeing tours of the ancient areas are a hit with visitors, while the nightlife scene keeps the music pumping until late. Levante Beach is a few minutes' walk away and is a popular spot to unwind.

    While you're away, you'll have access to our 24-hour digital service, and a rep will visit at least once.
    Just so you know, this hotel does not accept bookings from stag or hen parties. Due to health and safety reasons, mobility scooters aren't allowed in the hotel. You might be able to park and charge your mobility scooter outside the hotel though. If you have a Blue Badge, we'd recommend you take it on holiday with you. Manual and electric wheelchairs are fine to use inside and out.

    My dear friend and I stayed at the presidente early March.the hotel is excellent the rooms are spotless pool area lovely and clean.plenty of food choices for everyone lovely greeting from danni in the dinning room.staff always pleasant. hotel near the beach close to shops and walking distance to the massive market.we will definitely be going back.

    Is it as good as the hundreds of reviews suggest? YES! A modern hotel in a perfect location. Two blocks back from the promenade. Ideal for transport links, 'old town' and attractions of Benidorm. Well proportioned rooms, comfy beds, USB charging, TV with channels for all, a balcony with glass front gives an 'all round' vista. Delightful bathroom has a monsoon rain shower that's as good as everyone says: Best shower, ever. Safe was 15E for the week. Bar prices are OK. Request a 'pool view' room and you'll get sun all day, perfect! The pool terrace is absolutely lovely, clean, tidy and well presented, as is everywhere. Pool temperature 1st week of March = 24 degrees + so perfectly OK. Hotel staff are lovely: whoever you approach greets you with a smile and positive attitude. You get a 'good morning' from all! And so to the main attraction, subject of many previous reviews: Hotel Presidente's Restaurant & food: Q: Is it really that good? A: YES, AGAIN! We have stayed in more expensive, higher starred hotels, but never had hotel food this varied, this good, before. Served in a professional but still informal atmosphere, Hotel Presidente's restaurant is a delightful place to be, as witnessed by the smiling faces of diners and the willingness of complete strangers to freely chatter whilst enjoying their meals, make this restaurant a very happy place to be, and that's why Hotel Presidente receives so many, richly deserved, repeat bookings. No need to think about it, just book.
    Very poor dining experience

    Only ate here, but many residents complaining of noise in rooms from building site. Appalled at food - 20 minutes after dinner service began I found the fish counter empty except for two small pieces of emperador on a plate and staff were cleaning the counter down for the night. The food on the hot food counter had a dried out skin on top. We left 40 minutes after dinner service began and the buffet had been cleaned away and only one family, Spanish, finishing eating their meal. Certainly not a Spanish eating experience, more like a canteen!

    Had a great week the hotel is lovely , 5* , the buffet service in the restaurant was great , ample choice we stayed half board and and really enjoyed the varied menu , all the staff on the hotel are very friendly . Would definitely return

    Have been in numerous hotels in Benidorm but Presidente is by far the best. Very relaxed atmosphere with helpful staff. The rooms are comfortable and kept spotless, as the rest of the hotel is. The food is amazing and of a high standard. Entertainment caters for all tastes with relaxed music in the lounge bar and class entertainment in the cellar nightclub.......well done Presidente .
