Front Desk
On arrival there was a very young chap Lukas who check us in. For someone so young the customer level was exceptional. I was totally taken aback how someone whose only been doing this role for a short time can deliver what is regard what every check in at an IHG hotel should be. It was a great indication for our rest of the stay. Any requests the front desk were great

Noisy hotel

Rooms on the street-side can be very noisy. There is a concert hall outside and after the concerts, crowds are hanging and chanting till midnight and beyond. Hotel staff not willing to take action, stating that quests should accept and could have known when booking....

Spacious rooms / fantastic breakfast buffet spread

The rooms are spacious with high ceilings. Was surprised to see complimentary slippers - not a common amenity for most of European cities. The beddings, towels are white, clean, and kept in good condition. Love their breakfast buffet spread. There is wide choice to choose from. Starting with beverages up to the bread variety....

Fraudulent Charges

While the rooms may appear nice, the service and hospitality is not worth the headache. We booked a two night stay at this hotel online and opted to pre-pay for our reservation in advance. When checking-in to the hotel, the individual at the front desk mentioned that there was another reservation with the same last name as our to which we told her that individual was not affiliated us.

After I made a comment about terrible service at the reception desk, the clerk decided to hurt me and gave me a room I didn't book. Instead of the 28-meter room I ordered, she gave me a new 15-meter room without a closet and without a shower, so you can only take a shower if you sit on the toilet. I invited a manager for a conversation and explained to him that the room was not according to my order, this is theft on...
