Stayed after Christmas, weve stayed at this hotel twice before and both times have been excellent, however this year just fell a bit short
Rooms starting to look a bit dated with scuffs/ very basic (no vanity area to get ready outside of the bathroom, room felt quite empty). Although our friends who were staying in the same room type did appear to have a huge full length mirror so perhaps that was missing from ours...

Great service! outstanding customer service especially from the duty manager Pierre, Sophie and Celeine at Front Desk. The restaurant manager on Christmas Day at breakfast was outstanding.
Will visit again soon....

This is in a good location to explore Berlin. Close to the hop on and hop off bus and other central attractions. We stayed in a premium room which provided everything you need for a comfortable stay including a safe, fridge, hairdryer, toiletries, dressing gown and slippers.
The room had tea and coffee making facilities and daily cleaning of the room. Hotel offers a limited dinner menu.
My only small criticism is ...

We spent four nights here for a winter break, using it as a base for sightseeing, shopping and visiting the Christmas markets. Our local travel agent suggested this hotel because of its location, and we were very happy with the choice. It is ideally situated near the Stadmitte U-Bahn metro station and bus-stops, with easy access to great shops and well-known attractions.

We stayed for a long weekend in mid December. The staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The room did seem a little dark as there are only lamps and no main light in the room. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the breakfast choice was fantastic.
