Lovely hotrel. Clean and tidy. Breakfast was great as I usually struggle with the choices and of course Stephan was fabulous....

Brilliant city break hotel

Brilliant hotel, ideally suited for a city break. Within short walking distance of underground stations and one of the best Christmas markets.
Hotel rooms are really comfortable and clean. Staff were excellent, friendly and attentive. Stefan in particular was great, so friendly and helpful.
Would recommend and would definitely come back...

We stayed at the NH Collection Berlin .
Mitte am Checkpoint Charlie Hotel for 6 days at the end of November 2025. We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is clean and comfortable.The only thing we missed was another place for our suitcases. The breakfast was plentiful, very tasty with lasting longer than usually.The hotel is located in a location where there are many attractions as well as metro and bus stops nearby.

Overall a great experience. Hotel is in a great location for all the major central attractions and historical sites.
Some building work in the hotel appears to have put one or two lifts out of action which did impact upon the wait times in such a large hotel.
Overall a great stay though!!

We had an excellent stay at the NH Collection Mitte, the staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We stayed in a great room with everything we could need. The coffee machine in the room is very convenient and the location is perfect for tourists. Amazing hotel!...
