Very nice hotel and perfect for anyone wanting to see the sights of Berlin as it is perfectly situated. Easy walk from the train station along Fredrickstrasse and the train from the airport is really easy. Checkpoint Charlie is so close. The big red bus is also from CP Charlie which is a must to see all of Berlin. Definitely be back. Not sure about the sauna as it never seemed to be on which was my only complaint...

Good points first - excellent location so handy for everywhere in the city. Reception, restaurant and bar were extremely well decorated, welcoming and comfortable and the breakfast one of the best weve experienced. There was so much choice and well presented.

This establishment maintained a sublime room, with a safe, fridge & a comfortable bed.
The breakfast was absolutely resplendent & the staff were very polite & helpful.
The only upsetting factor, was that Mother Nature, did not open her skies & deliver 'snow'.
My good lady always wanted to partake in the Christmas Markets, with a layer or two of snow.

Excellent! I highly recommend NH Collection. The service was great! The room was clean and modern. The bed was so comfortable! The breakfast was amazing. None like I have ever seen or tasted before. The location was great. Close to many attractions and restaurants....

This is probably one of the best experiences staying at a hotel. The staff at the front desk (Moritz and Andreas) were attentive and very helpful, and went out of their way to ensure that every need was met promptly and with a smile. The hotel's amenities, from the spotless and spacious rooms to the bar was excellent. I had a free upgrade to a junior suite, and a free glass of beer at the bar for the evening.
