Apart from some infelicitous humour about my name at check-in by a receptionist who was coughing freely in front of me and who also failed to explain that you need to use the room card to work the lift, everything was very good comfortable and very quiet room, excellent breakfast and a good meal, attentive, pleasant and helpful staff but the real test of a hotel is how it deals with a guests emergency. We had a wonderful stay at this hotelnothing to complain about, it was really great. The staff speaks several languages, especially Wafta, who was very friendly to us. It was great to be able to get her advice in our native language, French....
