Good location, lots of opportunities in the facility but the heating is a serious problem. Air conditioners dont work well if you are planning to come in freezing winter in Berlin, think twice before booking this place...

A quite cosy hotel, with spacious spaces, kind stuff and great atmosphere all around!
The location is perfect, near Alexander Platz and transports....

The location was excellent, right next to the metro and very close to Alexanderplatz. There is also a shopping mall next door, Alexa, which was very convenient. Everything was beautiful and clean. The rooms were clean, had good soundproofing, and the bathrooms were very beautiful. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was amazing, with a great design throughout, including the rooms. Pros: Great location, friendly staff and lovely feel/vibe. Breakfast was good.
Cons : Mattress was very hard and air conditioning did in the room did not cool it.
