The hotel has nice vibe and the staff is very friendly. Not all good though. I booked a room with two single beds that wasnt available upon arrival. And 20 breakfast needs to be very good imo. It might have been if they had restocked the yoghurt, the fresh fruit, bread and jam....

Lovely place to stay (with some very minor setbacks)

Location was amazing, right next to U-Bahn and S-Bahn, connecting you to the whole city. Two supermarkets opposite and a short walk to Alexanderplatz. Cannot fault the location at all.
Hotel is modern, offering rooms for short term stays and city breaks, to long term lets. Upon arrival, as a 44 year old city breaker, I immediately felt a little out of place, but that only lasted a moment. The staff were all so frie...

I am disappointed.
During my three nights day, I agreed to not receive room service for one of the days (As their environmental friendly program suggests, which is fine). However, my room was not cleaned once.
One night there was a fire alarm. I am aware this is not the hotels fault. But unfortunately, there was no communication to the guests once we were able to go back to our rooms. When I asked at the reception...

Dark and dirty seems to be the theme of the hotel. Less light and dust in the room everywere.
The bathroom need some love. I had to mount the shower head correctly and it keeps sliding down......

Pros
- good location close to Alexanderplatz. Easy to reach from the airport with public transport, and for my conference
- breakfast was really good (if you aren't gluten free and they run out of bread and then you get no assistance whatsoever with breakfast from the kitchen staff)
- bathrooms are very nice. Good toiletries
