Apart from not having a safety deposit box, The hotel is a great stay and would recommend. Also very close to the center of Alexanderplatz...

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel, although we did not take advantage of everything it had to offer. We missed having a fridge in the room to keep things cool, but overall it was a positive experience....

Great location, friendly staff and the room and shower were excellent. The breakfast was also very good. The room was a little warm but apart from that, would definitely recommend...

Double charge

I was charged twice for my accommodation and had to resolve it myself after several days and no real help from support. No one ever apologized or acknowledged the mistake. It caused a lot of stress and ruined part of my stay. Totally unacceptable for a hotel at this level....

Great vibe

Hotel with great atmosphere and friendly staff. Super easy check-in/out and the option to leave bags and suitcases with staff if you want to explore the city before check-in or after check-out. The room was a good size with modern ensuite and comfortable bed. The location is central with only a 5 minute walk from Alexanderplatz. Would definitely stay here again....
