A Disappointing Melia Stay
Travelled on 04/2024
We booked a Level room for a couple of nights having stayed in similar rooms in both Spain and Italy a number of times. To say we were disappointed is an understatement.
To begin with, the room was probably the smallest we have stayed in for a long, long time. They squeezed a small sofa and a couple of chairs in, but there was no desk, no circulation space and very little storage space. The bathroom was also f...

Newly refurbished.
Staff couldnt do enough.
Centrally located
If you can book a Level room, the staff are attentive, friendly and make you feel special.
Was upgraded to a Level Junior Suite and was so impressed, modern and comfortable with the most amazing bathroom.
Fabulous hotel in the centre of a busy vibrant city....

The views of Granada and the mountains are superb. Open bar / snacks for Level clients in the afternoons. Breakfast is also here.
The staff in this area are superb, as are the staff at check-in / front desk, in particular the porter. Special menti...
