    A free shuttle bus takes you from The Village Resort & Waterpark to the beach in five minutes.

    There are rich pickings as far as pools go at this hotel. In addition to the two main pools – one of which is dedicated to relaxation – there’s a waterpark with four chutes and a lazy river.

    It’s hard to go hungry at this hotel. There’s a main buffet restaurant, an Italian à la carte and a couple of snack bars, including one that’s been created with kids in mind, serving things like slushies and popcorn.

    While you're away, you can speak to us anytime - we're available 24/7 via the TUI App, phone, SMS and email. The easy-to-use TUI App is also packed with info and tips. It sends you important updates, like your airport transfer times, too.

    A relaxing holiday during crazy Covid times

    We stayed here during the pandemic and felt safe and relaxed. The hotel is set in a stunning elevated position in the mountains which was lovely and peaceful. I loved how all the rooms and surroundings blended in to the landscape. The rooms were very large, clean and comfortable and had a farmhouse style to them. We were happy with our room although it would benefit from a modern shower. The staff worked very hard to keep things running smoothly during very difficult times and were very accommodating to any requests. The hotel grounds and water park felt safe to be able to give the teens some loose rein. The food for the first half of my holiday was the best food i have ever had staying All Inc. there was duck, lamb, lobster soup, mussels as well as plenty of other options and the standard was top restaurant quality then the last few days of the holiday there was a big change in the food and it was your cheap bog standard All Inc. food. The drinks were also the best I have had staying All inc. there was a large variety on offer and they used lots of proper brand names. The coffee cocktails were lovely. The only real drawback for me was there only one bar in the day/night. I felt bored in the night, I like a choice of bars I realise that because of the pandemic entertainment was limited, but just felt a bit trapped by only one bar in the night which I think would be the same in normal circumstances. Overall we had a lovely relaxing family holiday and I would stay here again.

    We have never been before and we are looking at booking for 15th June 2021 for 2 weeks😃😃looks amazing👌Kids (my girl will be 13 and my lad almost 15) and mrs never been to crete so would love to bring them and this hotel looks ideal for all of us and seems like we would enjoy 👍👍

    We spent a week here with our 5 children in August and we were so impressed, that we did our 14day isolation and on day 15 flew back out with our three younger children for two more weeks........after a week and a half there, we spoke to the manager, Banayoutis, (no idea how to spell his name), and booked to stay a third week! The entertainments team, Andy, Ahmed, Mariann, Georgia and Daniella, worked so tirelessly each and every day and night........always smiling............in Andy’s words, “don’t forget to smile.........it’s for free! They put on an outstanding show, involving dancing, singing, fire breathing.........simply first class entertainment. Music quiz, film quiz, bingo bango........sabotage, bravo bravo......in the pool! So much fun and laughter every single day and night. Then I have to mention all of the fabulous staff........Spiros, Sel, Daniella, Stella, to name but a few.........they all worked such long hours and nothing was ever too much for them.....they treated us like royalty and we saw other families treated in exactly the same way. The food outstanding and a wide variety of choice that caters for all types of diets. We love this resort so much.......we are planning another three week holiday next summer.......and guess what.....we are meeting up with other guests that we made friends with whilst staying there.....so it will be like one big reunion. I recommend this resort to anybody.........you will leave feeling like you’re part of one big family

    this hotel is beautiful it is clean the staff are very good and nothing is to much trouble the entertainment crew are the best ever laughed all holiday with them and they are very genuine very family oriented will definitely be back

    This hotel is great value for money and during the covid period they handle the situation well Small queues for things but nothing to complain about Staff are all lovely and helpful. The entertainment team work so hard and try to make your stay pleasant. I would like to say thanks to Ahmed for involving us in activities like Boule and Water Polo, also for making our nightclub trip a great experience! Food and drink is a good standard for the price of the hotel. Room had most of the necessary amenities. Overall I would definitely come back to this hotel and think the staff are a great asset to your hotel
