Very well received in this hotel. The staff is welcoming, smiling and caring. The rooms and bedding are comfortable. Room service and cleaning are neat. The breakfast is varied with a beautiful view of the city. The hotel is well placed, this allows to do a lot of activities while walking....

We stayed at this hotel in February 2025. The hotel is wonderful, the room was warm - you could set your own temperature in the room. Everything in the room is after renovation, the plumbing is new. In the bathroom there is shampoo, hand cream, soap, shower gel and other little things like cotton pads, sticks, earplugs. There are slippers in the room, there is also a kettle, they replenish tea, coffee, sugar in bags,...

Perfect location with lovely friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was very varied and delish. We used the restaurant several times, the menu is very Turkish and the food is very good. Service exemplary.

But lets give some details, the room is always clean, the entire hotel it is, the food tastes good, people who works here are kind and professional, special thanks to Diva and Elif because yesterday was my mums birthday and without saying nothing I received a cake with a message at my room ...

I was on the Yasmak Sultan Hotel with my family. It was an incredible expirience, the service was excellent, really good breakfast with a beautiful view. They have also a Hamam and Spa section. Hagia Sophia ist only 10 minutes far of the Hotels...
