Why I will never stay at the MGM Grand again!

Ive stayed at the MGM Grand Las Vegas four times over the past two years, and while service has generally been decent, my last two experiences left me very frustrated.
On both occasions, my room key stopped working on the morning of checkouthours before the actual checkout time. This meant I couldnt access the elevator or my room, which is a major inconvenience when youre trying to pack up and leave.

I had a very great experience with Julie the front desk in the lobby. She welcomed us and she made a experience even that more pleasant. Mgm should be happy they have a great worker like Julie....

We chose the MGM Grand primarily because of its proximity to TMobile Arena. Getting there turned out to be much less stressful than expected. I downloaded the MGM app and was able to prepurchase selfparking for the two days we stayed, which made the process easier. I also paid for early checkin and the option to skip the front desk, so once our room was ready, the digital key appeared in the app and allowed us to...

Shocking Pool Bar Service

Went to this hotel to use the pool as our one was closed, went to get drink, sat at bar to be told we had to queue to get a drink and then we could sit at bar, which you think fair enough, but then whilst sitting at bar with drinks loads of other people just came in and got served at the bar, one rule of one and one for others! Also the lady that's comes round the pool to ask if you want drinks, really quite rude!...
