This was one of the best experiences I've had in a long time at a Las Vegas hotel that was plenty to eat plenty to see plenty to hear and the view from the room was magnificent...

I would not recommend MGM for a business trip. The sink wouldn't drain and there was no hot water. The walks to and from the conference area are exceptionally far, too....

We really enjoyed our stay at MGM Grand. We were there for the NFR. Our favorite bar is Losers! 2 Years ago we stayed at the Park and spent a lot of time there so decided to stay there! Beds are comfortable and everything was clean! We will return next trip!...

The purpose of our stay was to celebrate our anniversary and birthdays, so it was a very special occasion for us. Unfortunately, we didnt feel anything special during this stay.
Customer Service: The front desk experience felt robotic. It seemed like the staff member was just doing her job because she had tothere was no warmth, sincerity, or genuine customer care....
