I wrote in my survey what was the problem. It was a strong throw up odor in my room. I rather not go into the details but I had to fix the problem myself and cleaned the room and a strong deodorizer. They did over to send a cleaning person come up but that should have already been taken care of before they gave me the room and I knew it looked cleaned just didnt smell clean . Booked an executive suite. Air conditioning kept turning off even after it was set to override mode. Phone didnt work, felt springs on the bed and couldnt sleep. TV was at least 15 years old. When I requested sheets from housekeeping it took 2 hours and when I called to inquire where they were they told me they have 5000 guests and it will be awhile. Awful awful place. Please do yourself a favor and never stay her...

Dangerous place to stay

Got stuck in the stairwell!
Do not use the stairwell, hopefully they will unlock all the doors if it were an emergency.
We were on the second floor right next to the stairs. It would be a faster trip down taking the stairs so we did.
The last door was locked. The door behind us shut and was also locked. I had to use my debit cards to break out....

Too small for large price

The room was entirely too small and my view from the window was the back of the building the toilet wouldnt flush unless I held the handle down I just feel like for the price I paid I shouldve received more and the amenities were few in the room not even complimentary shower cap...

No Internet -- in a Smoky Casino -- 80's style rooms

Don't stay here ... unless you don't need Internet connections and don't mind rooms that look like they are from the 80's. Staff is cordial but technology was down for almost 2 days and the casino is very smoky ... so if you like cigaratte smoke, you will love this place....
