Unfortunately had two issues with a dealer messing up a hand at blackjack and they did pay me and make it right but had to wait over an hour. The place is good but had a terrible waiter at morimoto. Just two strikes. I would go again but would stay elsewhere likely....

We stayed December 12, 2024. Construction in room all day. There was a fridge in our room, sign on the front said not for personal use or be charged $50 per day, also needed pay to park on top of all. And cost us over $500 for one night. But, the Cody Johnson show was amazing!...

Bad maintenance

I would not stay here again. Maintenance never showed up for a leaking bathroom ceiling. Spent the week with a wet floor and getting rained on. Not acceptable. The room doesnt have a k cup machine or a mini fridge. Careful of the elevators, they make all kinds of noise. We learned no to use certain ones....

No Marriott perks

I booked this hotel thru Marriott Bonvoy app. However, this hotel does not recognize Marriott rewards member status and no upgrades, late check out or other perks. The hotel room did not have any complimentary bottled water, refrigerator was solely for a mini bar (cant use for your personal usage), beds were lumpy. We found this hotel to be a bit far to walk to get to the center of strip....

Too smoky, too far from elevator, and too crowded

The staff were all very friendly, however the casino has poor air circulation so it wreaks, and people smoked in the hallways. I feel bad for the employees who have to work in that smoke. Our room was literally 150 yards from the main elevator....
