Fab hotel would definitely recommend.
We arrived on a Friday after an early flight, we got to the hotel at around 11am and they had a room so let us check in early.
Room was clean, plenty of storage space, shampoo+body wash, hairdryer, they provided an iron and ironing board, shower had great pressure but the door didnt fully shut properly.

This hotel is modern, clean and importantly very quiet. Its a good, central location with everything I needed.
This was my first trip to Lisbon and just wanted a nice hotel to retreat back to and relax in between trips out.
I would 100% come back to this hotel. Not because it is a mind blowing hotel but it its a great price point for good quality, clean, modern rooms and a nice vibe.

Nice hotel overall in a very convenient location. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Comfortable bed and good sized room with a nice view of the castle.
Downside was that you had to use a second lift to get to floor 6 which was a bit complicated to navigate....

We stayed at My Story Tejo in December. We booked the Family Room - Communicating Room which has 2 rooms. It was perfect for a family however my kids were given 1 double bed instead of 2 single beds. I did request it at check in but was told it must be requested far in advance and could not be changed.
The hotel location is amazing and walking distance to the Rossio Market, shops and restaurants. It is very difficult...

We have spend 2 nights in this hotel. The room was great: very clean, great bathroom with super shower and a great giant sized bed. The room was certainly big enough. And although the hotel is located in the centre, the street noise is not bothering because of the great isolation of the windows. The breakfast was also very well. Everything you need was there.
