My partner and I stayed in the My Story Tejo hotel in Lisbon for a long weekend, Friday to Monday and i would highly recommend it to anyone planning a city break to Lisbon. The location of the hotel is perfect, being in Baixa its walking distance to nearly everything, and a great location to avoid the famous hills, being in the flattest part of the city. My Story Hotel top location to explore Lisbon with many fine restaurants and bars nearby. Metro next door plus Tram 28. Very helpful staff. Buffet breakfast ok for cold meats cheese and coffee. Rooms and Shower high standard with good air con. Will definitely stay again...

You could almost confuse this hotel as a 4 star rather than 3 hotel hotel as it really is nice. In comparison we stayed in a self proclaimed 4 star hotel in Rimini last year and that was 2 at best.
When we arrived we were skeptical as the girl that checked us in wasn't the friendliest but working in customer service is challenging and she may have been at the end of her shift so we let it slide.

Starting with the positives the room was clean, service was excellent, location was great and breakfast was very good. Ives at the front desk gave exceptional service assisting us with our transportation and even helping carry are bags to the sidewalk and into the car. A very nice and comfortable hotel in a great area with walking distance to many attractions, restaurants and shopping. Rooms are a bit tight...
