The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, a sink, 2 ring electric hob, plus cooking utensils and crockery. There is air-conditioning, a shower, a TV, and a French balcony, too.

    Just returned from a week at club turquoise ,booked at short notice and went with no expectations but was pleasantly surprised. All staff especially entertainment team amazing, nothing too much trouble,cleaning staff work tirelessly,though accommodation basic everything spotless. Shop and restaurant very reasonably priced, pool area lovely,special mention to Simba.Will definitely be back next year thankyou all at club Turquoise for a well deserved week in the sun.

    Review for Club Turquoise Marmaris aka Faulty Towers If you want to be woken up in the middle of the night or early morning by drunk people arguing and shouting at the top of thier voice, then this is the place to stay. The cleaners forgot to close the door to our apartment twice and left the balcony door wide open once ( we were on the ground floor) after they had been to clean the apartment. Nothing got stolen but it seemed like an invitation. We hired a security box for the week. So there was no money left in our apartment. One of the guests threw a lit cigarette over into our balcony setting my towel on fire. I'm assuming they were drunk. I wasn't offered a replacement. The attitude of the receptionist was disgraceful and no help at all when we wanted to complain she tried to make it the responsibility of TUI but it was clear that the responsibility lay with the hotel. Other staff were ok. Food available at hotel was very basic and was more like a fast food resturant. The apartment was self catering but there should have least had a couple of tea towels and toilet paper. Th ere was absolutely nothing in our apartment except a few bits of cutlery, plates, a frying pan that looked like it had seen better days. There was only one sheet left by the cleaners even though the apartment slept 4 It was a one bedroom apartment with a sofa bed in the kitchenette where my son was sleeping. There was a couple of blankets what looked like baby blankets you find in hospitals, not big enough for adults. I wouldn't stay there again. Luckily we books trips and tours so we didnt need to spend much time there.

    Currently still here , firstly the bar staff and other staff fantastic, now the downside the woman on reception, having been to Turkey over 30 times I know how things work with rooms . When we booked I requested a ground floor or near to ground floor for my mother in law who is Terminal and struggles to walk , we were already part way through are holiday when my mother in law arrived and had already pre warned them about her , she said she would help , well she put my her up on 3rd floor , when we told her she couldn’t do the stairs she said come back tomorrow and she would sort it , well excuse after excuse , 1 week into holiday and she’s still on 3rd floor, this woman’s attitude is disgusting and no help , I have asked to see the manager , to which I’m still waiting to see , every time we go to reception her attitude is terrible, we’re not asking a lot , I even said we would pay for her to move , still nothing , she just rolls her eyes ,

    We booked a last minute holiday to Club Turquoise. This was our first time at this hotel and was enjoyed by 11 of us (adults & kids aged from 6 - 16) The rooms are basic, we had a 2 bedroom apartment over 2 floors, the air con unit on the lower floor worked but the one on the upper floor didn't work and in 35+ degrees heat wasn't nice. I resorted to sleeping on the balcony a few nights as it was cooler than inside. I did ask reception for this to be sorted out, but wasn't. You'll need to take toilet rolls as you only get one roll for the week. The safety deposit boxes are in reception. As hot as the second floor was, it didn't ruin my holiday. The pool area is lovely and clean, the bar staff were fantastic and it was a brilliant holiday from start to finish. We ate in the hotel through the day and one evening and all the food we received was lovely. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the front and a 10 minute walk to a little strip of restaurants where there is seven brothers (would definitely recommend this restaurant) We booked a private boat with josh is here (our second year booking him) he can be found at the marina. Beautiful trip, stopping at several spots and a gorgeous meal cooked. We also booked a quad trip that was brilliant and some of our group went on jet skis at the beach. Thanks club turquoise I would definitely return.
    Just what we needed

    Stayed here before but over 10 years ago and was just what we needed. Arrived very late suitcases were disinfected and all had our temperature taken this happened every time you entered hotel. The guy on reception was the nicest guy ever very efficient got us to our room C1 quickly we had a huge balcony which would have been great if they had a sun lounger on as balcony chairs were very uncomfortable. One bedroom apt so both kids shared sofa bed in living room they know the score been coming to Turkey long enough. Room very spacious well cleaned beds made everyday and our room even got disinfected one day while we were out can’t ask for more. Pool always got a sun longer despite what others say on here. Entertainment Team did there best considering Covid-19 they didn’t hassle you and were very polite so well done guys. Only ate once here and just snakes they were ok and reasonably priced. All the hotel staff were lovely and very polite only issue I had was the hairdresser she did my daughters hair lovely but she then wanted her eyelashes doing charged £30 and they were terrible fell off when we got home don’t think she had the right stuff all in all fantastic holiday just what us Keyworkers needed. Will defo use this hotel again ideally located.
