    Stayed at sun city 9 years ago. Stayed this time at the Karbel. Had previously walked to the beach club, so thought we would again!. Took 45 mins in 31% hot, just as we remembered it, lovely place to swim, great for young children as very calm and at the very end of the lagoon., a better place to have a swim than at Sugar Beach.
    Great Hotel Poor Communication Skills

    Oludeniz is amazing, the beach, the blue lagoon, restaurants around the town everything. We searched on TripAdvisor and booked Suncity Hotel on the other hand it was very disappointing on communication skills. The staff at telephone where rude, laughed and She is lack of English. She is unable to listen and answer as well to represent this great Hotel. To be fair we do not know what is waiting for us on 2021 holiday. We are thinking to cancel our trio and choose elsewhere.

    Came to this hotel 27july 2020 The staff were amazing all wore masks and kept all the guests safe and well looked after under the circumstances The hotel is spotless clean we felt very safe.Rose ❤the children's entertainer kept the children all entertained safely and professionally would highly recommend this hotel will return next year hopefully.

    2nd year at Sun City as booked again because of the hotel.. 5 star..staff 5 star location ..5 star.. totally safe in this time of covid just can't say enough.. the staff absolutely amazing service amazing and so so friendly and polite.. we met child carer and entertainer Rose ❤ who couldn't do enough for us and what a totally genuine person she helped us and looked after me and my wife while we were in sun city if you ever get the the chance to visit Turkey make sun city your first stop .. we've booked for next year ❤🇹🇷❤
    Amazing- despite global pandemic

    We booked late due to covid 19 and air bridges opening. We booked a 2 bed family room for us and our 5,6,13 year olds. We had an initial problem with our room and it was immediately rectified by moving us to room 404- overlooking the adult pool. Amazing. Couldn't have got luckier! It was a shame to see the hotel very quiet for July (we have been before) , however we were very lucky to benefit from: an amazing room, a la cart menu, amazing customer service and basically being in a great hotel. Regarding kids' entertainment Rose was ' on form' and MJ, restaurant staff, beach club staff following suit. Would we come again...? Yes, no hesitation.
