Good hotel for sightseeing and shopping.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was good. This hotel was in a perfect location for shopping and sight-seeing. There were several terrific restaurants less than 2 blocks away. The lobby bar was friendly and manned by the reception staff. Also, it is very affordable....

Pros: hotel is well positioned to explore major tourist attractions by foot; my room was large, bed was comfortable enough; wi-fi worked well; breakfast was very good.
Cons: air conditioning was very noisy and little effective; air conditioning was turned automatically off whenever I left the room, so on return it was stifling hot; insulation from outside noise was poor, and insulation from nearby rooms was poor, to...

Couldn't fault Palermo Cristal. Very central to The Historic District where a lot of tourist attractions are. Plenty of restaurants & cafe's near by. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The buffet breakfast good, lots of choice. The room was clean and wifi was not a problem. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is well located in the old town. However it is modern internally. Comfortable. The provide a kettle in rooms, always a plus, but provide only paper cups. Only 2 small lifts and these are sometimes used by service staff as well as residents: insufficient
The breakfast offering was extensive including lovely fresh ricotta, fruit and DIY cannoli. Very busy...

Ibis Styles Palermo Cristal offers great value for money with its stylish rooms, excellent service, and prime location. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Palermo and look forward to staying here again on my next trip....
